Laguna

Danijela is very nice and kind. We were supposed to stay one night but ended up with 4-5 nights (got sick). Danijela tried her best to make us feel comfortable and help us whenever needed which really help with our recovery. I ordered breakfast from her and the portion is big (can eat for 2 days or more). Really like the grapes she served (grapes are picked from her friend's winery!). Also, like her 2 beautiful cats and she makes our dog (Labrador) feel welcome. The parking on site is good too. A few really good restaurants and Bire Winery are nearby and a really nice walk along the bay to the town of Lumbrada. On the downsize, no supermarket nearby and the water pressure in the bathroom is weak. Overall, a pleasant stay!

We stayed 4 nights in Villa Laguna. It was a very enjoyable experience. We stayed 4 people in the 2 bedroom apartment. The whole apartment was very clean and we found everything we needed for self catering. The beds were good to sleep in and we had a great terrace overlooking the lagoon.

The hostess was especially nice always with a smile and care for how we were doing. If you are going to stay here for several days, it is recommended to get a sort of transport to get around easily. At Villa Laguna you can rent a bicycle so you can quickly and easily reach the grocery store and the larger beaches.

We rented a car to get around the island and found some lovely little places. But if you only need a car to get to the city center, then I recommend taxi or bus. In Korcula it is very difficult to find parking - and for the price of renting a car you can afford to take a taxi back and forth twice for the same price. There is also a bus once an hour at an even lower price

There is a public small pier just a stone's throw from Villa Laguna where you can relax in the sun and swim.

There are two very high quality restaurants just a short walk away, but here you have to book tables several days in advance to accommodate. It is highly recommended !! (We dined at Konoba Škafetin, Lumbarda 173, 20263, Lumbarda - try this!).

Wunderschön....bin hier mitten in der Nacht angekommen ( d.h. WIR... mein Hund und ich ) und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Fühle mich schon nach den ersten Minuten wie zu Hause!!!

Ich kann euch gar nicht den positiven Zustand meiner Begeisterung schildern, was das für eine schöne Ferien Anlage ist und wie toll Daniela und Zoran sind.
Ich kann Laguna wärmstens empfehlen, sauber, tolle Lokation, schaut auf die kleine Marina, und auf die Halbinsel Peljesac, einfach zum Verlieben, der perfekte Ort um seinen wohl verdienten Urlaub zu genießen.
