Mashtel Distillery

10/10 would recommend. Amazingly friendly and familial atmosphere during the tasting, with lots of discussion ranging from destilled spirits to employment issues and country differences. Great drinks were served - the cherry liqueur and the plum brandy were especially great!

As scarce as it is to have bad weather in Croatia, we got it on the night we visited Mashtel Distillery. However, a fabulous warm welcome awaited us. From the beautiful little pieces of food to the huge range of liqueurs, brandies, wine and Gin!, It was a lovely evening, such great value but most important, the place is lovely and the drink is simply stunning. Highly recommend. We will never forget the kindness and hospitality shown to us.

We recently did a private tasting at the distillery through AirBnB. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owners/hosts were friendly, accommodating, and made for a great time. They allowed us to taste test all of their flavored liqueurs as well as their gin and wines. All were delicious and paired well with the snacks they provided. We ended up buying a few bottles to take back with us and they even threw in a couple mini bottles for free. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.

Warm and welcoming staff. We were greated by the owners of the distillery. We originally we're planning to spend 1 hour here but we ended up talking with the owners for many hours all while enjoying pancetta, brandy, liquors, and fine wine. The brandy is authentic and original and makes a great take home gift. I highly recommend visiting this boutique distillery when in the Zadar area!

An amazing family-owned distillery with incredible natural brandies and gins. Marijan did our tasting and we could not recommend this enough. He was kind, informative, fun, and passionate about his product. The brandies themselves are better than anything you'd get at a store in town. Just go here, do the tasting, buy some brandies to take home, and have an amazing evening.

We had a wonderful evening at the mashtel destillery. Sime and his friends were absolutely kind and welcoming. High quality and variety of products! We tasted awesome brandy, liquer, gin and wine.

P.S. Thank you so much for the olive oil and the tomatoes. We had the best tomato sauce ever!😜

Прекрасный опыт и замечательное знакомство! Это так здорово: приезжаешь в страну впервые и знакомишься с такими удивительными местными людьми! Хозяин очень радушный, все рассказал (хорошо говорит на английском) и показал (мы не звонили и не резервировали дегустацию, а просто заехали). Интересная история его бизнеса, человек очень любит свое дело, очень щедр и добр, как и большинство хорватов! Рады знакомству, закупили столько, сколько влезло в машину ..:-) Такие редкие и очень вкусные ликеры, а джин, который тут производят - вообще Nr1 в Хорватии! Спасибо за радушный прием! Уже скучаем! 🥰

В 2023 год, а в этом место все без изменений: цены такие же, как и до введения евро, хозяин все так же приветлив и щедр! Советуем перед посещением созвониться, он подготовит лучшую дегустацию, я уверена! Его бренди, марашку и джин не купить в других местах, поэтому подарок из этого винного предприятия действительно уникальный! Очень рекомендуем всем к посещению! Супер место, супер цены и отличное настроение! 😍

Danke für die spontane Verkostung. Leider waren die preisgekrönten Liköre bereits ausverkauft. Aber es gibt ausreichend Ersatz!!! Eine dringende Empfehlung ! Hinweis: falls der Laden verschlossen sein sollte, obwohl laut Internet geöffnet ist, einfach anrufen.

Geweldig! Wij hadden niks geboekt en konden toch binnenkomen voor een proeverij met uitleg. Hartstikke leuk en heerlijke likeuren (en schnaps) geproefd.
