The hotel staff was so charming. They create a home away from home feel. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. And the location is perfect - right near a public beach and beach bar and walking distance from the old town and seafood restaurant. This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a relaxing laidback stay, within walking distance of beaches and driving distance of other beautiful Croatian coastal towns and national parks in the mountains. Highly recommend!

Boutique hotel with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The location itself is good. But some may be put off by it's vicinity to the road. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Good WiFi. Maybe the room could use a little touch up, but it's not noticeable if you're not paying close attention. The staff is helpful and courteous. The Spa room is a nice addition but I don't see the added value to it. It's a nice way to tune out a little bit. But i miss that wow factor. It seems like they rushed into the decision and put something there for the sake of it. But if you need a quick sauna and some heat lamps, it will do the trick. Not a fan of the water bed, but that's just me. My wife loved it..

All in all, i would come here again.

A very nice boutique hotel. The location was off the busy area, quiet. However, the entrance, if drive a car, was a little tricky, but the parking are was good. The rooms are very clean, nice and, comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice.

Amazing hotel/room...rooms huge and beautifully done... everything catered for your needs, i.e., kettle..tv...toiletries...bathrobes etc large comfy beds and duvets...views of sea stunning...highly recommended. Parking was free around corner from hotel but we choose to pay 10 euros to be safe...staff all very courteous..professional and so so nice...hotel itself is stunning...breakfast is one of the best we had on this 3 week European road trip...STUNNING AREA all sea and coast...beautiful

A lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast is very delicious with lots of different food which will delight you surely. Be sure to try their wellness as well. The staff are very kind especially on the reception and will make your stay simply perfect.

Really nice place if you want to enjoy the city of Lovran and walk along famous “Lungo mare” walking path. Very pleasant staff and a pet friendly facility.

It’s a perfect place to stay during a holiday. The staff was really nice and helpful, they even upgraded our room because better rooms were available. The breakfast was really nice with lot of options to choose from. Less than 5min walk from the beach!

Great place, all clean and taken care of. Very friendly staff. Big clean rooms, cleaning service fast and efficient. Luxurious breakfast. Good view. Has good parking, but hard to cross road to the beach. Beach is near as well.

An amazimg hotel in really lovely small town. Room, brakfast, service all perfect, 50 meters from the sea. Lovely early '900 building well renowed, parking available, nice and kind ladies at reception, breakfast and housekeeping. Good job, well done

We chose Villa Eugenia by chance since we arrived in Lovran and needed a place to stay. It was a great pick, the staff is great and the rooms are fitted with everything you need. Great people, great view, great food and a great stay. Thank you Villa Eugenia.

This is a splendid place with a high quality service and comfort. The rooms are large, decorated with modern paintings and equipped with smart climate control. Personal is friendly multilanguage and pretty to communicate. Best value. I recommend.

Very good hotel with old styling. Large quiet rooms and very good breakfast. Be ware that the spa is only for two persons and need to be booked in advance.
