Country House Hacienda

I really don't understand the negative opinions, such as: you can't pay with a card, which is mentioned in the menu in large print (and the opinion that the owner wanted a pledge in the form of a driving licence if someone did not pay for food was a curiosity), or whether bread was included in the price. The food is delicious, the place is magical, the service is good, but as they say, a poor ballerina is hindered by the hem of her skirt. We were 8 people and everyone was very happy. We had a dinner here. Definitely I'd recommend and come back again. The place is wonderful, so characteristic and real. The owners are very nice and made us feel welcome from the 1st second. On top of this, the food was simple and amazing. We had local cheese, oil, wine, olives and grilled lamb. Everything was good. The local grappa (schnaps) too. Definitely recommended!

Lovely place with excellent and friendly service. Genuine home grown food and drinks. A place where kids can run around and look at all the old things, flowers and insects that hides in cracks and bushes. 100% recommended.

Nous cherchions un emplacement un peu à part pour nous retrouver en famille avec le dîner servi le soir.
Et bien voilà c était le bon endroit.
Certes c est un peu spartiate mais tellement atypique… confortable. Après le dîner servi en même temps que les clients du restaurant nous étions seuls dans l hacienda jusqu au lendemain midi … énorme. piscine privée en plus
Nous sommes resté une semaine … et franchement c était reposant, tranquille … pas vraiment loin de tout … 10min pour Selca, Sumatin, 30 pour Bol ou supetar!
Les repas ont été tous très bon …
Nous avons bien discuté avec le patron Vinci, très sympa, pour préparer les dîner ….
J ai vu que certains trouvent cela cher … ce type de lieu se mérite et se trouve … à chacun de trouver la il veut être

Di tutti i ristoranti fronte-mare, turistici, apparentemente rinomati che abbiamo provato crediamo fermamente che in realtà questo sia quello più genuino e caratteristico. Situato all'interno, a circa 8/10 minuti da Sumartin offre la sensazione di cenare nella piazza di un minuscolo paesino fatto di pietre. Personale gentilissimo, simpatico e disponibile, anche nell'internedersi in varie lingue. Prezzi onestissimi, carne assolutamente casalinga grigliata in una casetta adibita a barbecue vista cliente. Ambiente pacifico nel quale tornerei volentieri.

Ik heb hier met een vriend gegeten. Volgens mij een familiebedrijf, met mensen die keihard werken en met liefde koken. We hebben hier 2 keer voortreffelijk gegeten. Echt aan te raden. En we voelden ons hier echt welkom.

Ottima esperienza al Country House Hacienda. Posto magico, tenuto bene. Al momento della prenotazione ci è stato comunicato cosa avrebbero avuto nel menù. Abbiamo preso l agnello alla griglia: ottimo. Patate homemade. Antipasto con formaggi di loro produzione, olive e olio fatto in casa. Anche il vino rosso di loro produzione. Miglior cena a brac. Super consigliato.

Location in pietra con grande grill sul lato sinistro tavoloni e panche in legno, personale molto cordiale e gentile. Prezzo modico per la qualità eccelsa delle carni e oli di propria produzione. Porzioni molto abbondanti. Per iniziare la proprietaria ci ha servito delle bruschette di pane 🍞 fatto in casa 🏡 con olio di propria produzione. A seguire agnello con patate fritte e zucchine grigliate. Costo totale 330 HRK. Munitevi di contanti perché la struttura è molto rustica e non possiede il POS.

Man muß vorher reservieren, eine Speisekarte gibt es nicht. Wir hatten eine Vorspeisenplatte mit Schafskäse aus eigener Produktion und Pršut, als Hauptgericht gab es vorzügliches Lamm dazu Rotwein. Alles aus eigener Herstellung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Super klimatyczna knajpka z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Niepozorna z zewnątrz . Można również kupić od właściciela jego lokalne produkty. Na prawdę warto.. Jest przepyszny. Na pewno wrócimy ponownie. Jest to zawsze stały punkt naszego zwiedzania Chorwacji jak tylko jesteśmy.

Super gemütliches Familien Restaurant. Kinderfreundlich. Essen super lecker. Bedienung​ war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen wird hier frisch zubereitet aus regionalen Produkten. Zu Empfehlen ist der Lamm Spieß oder die Tomatensuppe. Hier wird noch Hauseigene Weine(mehrere sorten) und Olivenöl angeboten. Preise gestalten sich moderat. Auf jeden fall zu empfehlen.

Agriturismo assai caratteristico e immerso nella natura. Carne molto buona, olio vino verdure di produzione propria. Personale assai cordiale! Tutto a prezzi onesti! Da provare assolutamente

Prolazeći cestom odlučile smo skrenuti i ručati u Haciendi, obiteljskom restoranu sagrađenom 1982.
Predivan ambijent- mnoštvo detalja, čini se kao da ste došli u oazu u pustinji.
Hrana- ukusno, domaće, povoljno, napravljeno uz mnogo ljubavi.
Osoblje- ljubazna, simpatična gospođa Petra. Stekle smo osjećaj kao da smo dio obitelji.
Trenuci opuštanja i čistog uživanja uz ukusnu hranu, predivan ambijent i osoblje bili su predivan završetak istog dana. Tople preporuke za ovo domaćinstvo i velika zahvala na lijepom iskustvu.

Für uns der authentischste Ort auf der Insel Brač. Drei kleine Steinhäuser dienen als Bungalows jeweils für 2 Personen. Abseits von allem Trubel ist es ein Ort der Ruhe und eine ausgezeichnete Küche bietet regionale Gerichte aus frischesten Zutaten. Deren Zubereitung bedarf einer gewissen Zeit, aber die sollte man sich nehmen. Weine, Liköre, Schnäpse und das Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung verkürzen die Wartezeit. Ob wir wiederkommen würden? Selbstverständlich.
Denn unsere Gastgeber waren wundervoll.

Cena stupenda sotto le stelle ..loro gentilissimi..non economico ma solo per il posto meritava quello speso...circa 30 euro a testa..cena a base di formaggio locale agnello vino di loro produzione...dolcino fine cena...olio in vendita di alta qualità.
