Amazing hosts! Loved the pool. Gorgeous view. Walking distance to crystal clear water. Loved Mimice. Highly recommend!

Everything - Waterview apartment is perfect. Our hosts Hermien and Steve were waiting to meet us upon our arrival. They both could not have been more accommodating, answering all our questions and giving us the full tour of our apartment. They were brilliant. The apartment was spotless and perfectly equipped for our 3 days stay. The view from our apartment and the swimming pool is exactly why we have chosen this apartment and it was just perfect. Also the seating area with nice shade pergola was very handy and we spend the whole time over the lunch when it gets really hot. 5-7 min walk down to 2 beautiful beaches. We also tried 2 local restaurants which we also nice.
It was a real joy to visit and we hope to go back again!

My daughter and I stayed for a week in June. The apartment was lovely. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The beds were super comfy.
Outside there was plenty of space to relax and sunbath. The pool was a perfect temperature and kept beautifully clean. Hermien and Steve the owners are so welcoming and helpful. We left feeling we had made new friends.
Croatia was stunning- lovely people, great food and wonderful scenery. The sea was crystal clear and we were lucky enough to see dolphins.

Our stay with Steve and Hermien was truly magical. They are the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Their apartment was brilliant - light, spacious and fully equipped with amazing sea views. Everything was in pristine condition and the bed was very comfortable. It was also located within walking distance to a beautiful beach local cafes and a supermarket. Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful 7 night stay. Hosts were amazingly welcoming and helpful. The postion was perfect with stunning seaviews from apartment and from the various (very pretty) outdoor seating areas.The lovely beach, shops and restaurants are all just a short walk away - about 5 minutes down but plan to take you time back up if it is hot. Very do-able because the path is very good although steep in places. On site parking and pool. The apartment was immaculate with good quality furniture and kitchen items. Even beach towels and mats were provided. Bed was VERY comfortable. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful apartment-spacing-furnishing-utensils-pool-sea view-quietness-and especially Hosts, very warm and helpful. This place has got every ingredient required for a beautiful vacation in Croatia :)
P.S nice car parking space = very important in these places ;)

Absolutely amazing. Nice clean apartments with friendly owners and perfect view on sea. There are three apartments with shared pool, some tables and gas grill you can use. It's 5min to the beach, shop or restaurant.

Stunning location, with a beautiful beach nearby. Super-close to shops/ bars/ restaurants and tourist office - all within 5 mins walk. Easy free parking on site. Grounds have pretty seating areas plus pool. Very welcoming hosts who clearly love meeting new people. Spotlessly clean throughout with all basics provided plus extras ....definitely will be back again !,,

Thank you Hermien and Steve for making us feel so welcome. The apartment was light and airy with beautiful water views. The decor was stylish and pristine. We could not have had kinder or more helpful hosts. Mimice is a perfect holiday spot within a short walk to the beach, ATM, supermarket and a bus stop. We caught a bus to both from Split and to Dubrovnik, clean and comfortable with large windows making it possible to view the spectacular coast line.
Loved the pool and spent hot evenings with lovely views of the sea. Thanks once again. Looking forward to my next visit to Mimice.

Nice very helpful hosts. Quite high climb from the see but great view to Adriatic see.

Perfect place to stay at! Clean, modern and with lovely owners. Own pool but also very close to nice beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Mitä voin sanoa ? Mikä vaikuttava sijainti, upeat tilat ja maailman ystävällisemmät isännät. Sinulla on kaikki mitä saatat tarvita Airbnb:ssä . Merinäkymät ovat laajat ja auringonlaskut hehkuvia . Paikka on hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Ranta lähellä ja paikallisia ravintoloita . Suosittelen paikkaa kaikille Kroatiaan matkustaville ja tulen itse varmasti takaisin ensi vuonna. Kiitos tästä kokemuksesta !

Wij verbleven in het TUI-appartement; schoon, ruim en volledig en gezellig ingericht.
Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement en de verschillende zitjes is fantastisch.
Hermien en Steve zijn een bijzonder prettige gastvrouw en gastheer. Ze helpen met tips en suggesties en niets is hen teveel om het je naar de zin te maken. Twee lieve mensen waarmee je heel gezellig kunt babbelen.
Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf en we komen zeker terug!

Waterview Apartments (Mimice, Kroatië) in 1 woord samenvatten lukt ons niet… tenzij als volgt: “perfecte stek op perfecte locatie met de perfecte gastheer en gastvrouw”.

Wij (Eduard en Annemie, Belgisch koppel) verbleven 1 week in “Koru”, het gelijkvloerse appartement van de accommodatie die Steve (een Nieuw-Zeelander) en Hermien (van oorsprong een Nederlandse) sinds 2018 uitbaten.

Urenlang installeerden wij ons op het terrasje van “Koru”, om er te “chillen” en te genieten van een wondermooi uitzicht op de Adriatische zee, zeegroen of kobaltblauw, heel rustig of een beetje golvend, maar altijd schitterend ! Mindfullness aan de volle 100% !

Het appartement zelf is ruim, licht, gerieflijk (er lagen zelfs twee strandlakens voor ons klaar) maar vooral heel smaakvol ingericht: een knusse slaapkamer met kingsize-bed, een praktische, prettige badkamer en een stijlvolle, gezellige woonkamer met keukenhoek waarin je alles terugvindt om zelf te koken (maar er zijn zoveel goede restaurantjes in de buurt dat we dit nauwelijks gedaan hebben).

De perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving of relaxte namiddagjes op één van de vele kleine mooie kiezelstrandjes in en rond Mimice.

Bij de accommodatie hoort ook een zwembad: klein maar fijn, ideaal voor een frisse duik als je maar 5 meter ver wilt gaan.

Tot slot nog even over Hermien en Steve: een betere gastvrouw en gastheer zul je niet gauw vinden ! Tips ivm leuke uitstapjes in de buurt of de beste restaurants kwamen als vanzelf tot bij ons. Altijd waren ze ‘in the mood’ voor een gezellige babbel, maar nooit liepen ze je voor de voeten: kortom 2 super-fijne mensen !

Wij denken met een tikkeltje heimwee, maar bovenal met een brede smile van voldoening terug aan onze vakantie in Waterview Apartments !

ein wirklich sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Es ist alles sauber und top ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Heel goed verzorgd appartement met uitzicht over zee. Mooie omgeving met veel sportieve activiteiten en kleine strandjes. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Top locatie!
