Avax Rent a car Zagreb Airport

I've rented from Avax three times this year ( this time at Zagreb Airport), and they never disappoint. Eugen, the stuff member at Avax, is fantastic. Super friendly and helpful every time.

The cars are always in good shape, and the whole process is smooth, from booking to returning.

We had an extremely good experience from booking to check-out.
During booking procedure, the customer service has always promptly and kindly answered my very specific questions about terms and conditions via the site chat, helping me to make my choices consciously. This is absolutely not a common feature among car rental, because I tried to contact so many of them before receiving clear answers. With Avax booking is transparent and easy and the payment is totally postponed at the pick up moment. Furthermore they allow to pay with debit cards, which is also rare among croatian rental services.
The company really tries its best to meet customer's needs. I had asked for a specific car model within the category I had chosen(which is generally not possible), because we needed a big trunk, and they gave me just that model. We met Eugen at the airport parking area and after a few minutes we were ready to start our trip. He has been available to help us all along our holiday, being professional and also funny. I totally recommend Avax if you need to rent a car in Zagreb.

Really great and quick service. They dropped off the car on the airport. They don't have a pick up point their but they brought the car their for us, that was really great. Also the communication was really good and quick trough Whatsapp.

Avax was great. I planned a road trip in the balkans including Albania and Kosovo. Avax was the only rent a car online, that i could do all the process online clear and smooth, with total price of service with no questions (about taking the car to other countries and to kosovo, boscnia, albania, etc.). I included in the reservation, the albania kosovo extra, 2nd driver was free (very useful for a 5000kms road trip), the ferry extra (it was free too), and most important the Total maximum cover insurance (0€ fee). The only need from Avax is that if there was an accident, you have to call the police, and have the participation, this is ok, since it is need to validate the insurance claim. The car was a Suzuki Vitara in excellent conditions, very comfy, low consumption and very suitable for the road trip. All went ok, and I am very pleased with all the process. Thanks Avax. Alquilamos un coche con Avax en el aeropuerto de Zagreb para devolver en el aeropuerto de Dubrovnik, y todo ha ido perfecto.
Muy atentos, incluso nos dejaron realizar la entrega en la ciudad de Dubrovnik, que nos venía mejor.
Precios muy competitivos, la única cosa que podríamos mencionar es que nos entregaron el coche con muy muy poca gasolina, por el resto todo muy bien.

Das Fahrzeug wurde sehr schmutzig übergeben.Der Tank war völlig leer.
Wir haben reklamiert keine Reaktion.
Allerdings war eine pünktliche übergabe immer gewährleistet.
Ich habe das Fahrzeug für meine Frau gemietet. Wenn ihr mich schon auffordert eine Bewertung zu schreiben solltet ihr auch wissen wer hier schreibt. Aber ihr wisst ja leider nicht sehr viel.
