First of all, forgive us our laziness, took us too much to write this review!
You made this summer simply wonderful for us with your hospitality, including the glorious food you prepare, but it is not just about the food. You really treat everyone like a they are close friends, not just a customers who will come and go.
What ever we ordered was fresh and delicious, fish, octopus, side potatos, aubergine, I wish I could eat like that whole year. Anita has the manners that could put to shame many Michelin star restaurants.

The restaurant was suggested by my apartment host, so we wanted to check them out.

You have to make a reservation a day in advance with your order for preparation needs. My wife got the beef pasta, and I got the house special fish and prawns. Our meals were really great. The portion sizes are huge! The salad, bread and house made wine were also fantastic.

Don't miss this one if you're traveling to Korcula.

The best restaurant during our journey in Croatia. We've eaten this evening and yesterday evening. Food is delicious, fish very fresh, octopus cooked in peka, a traditonal way. It's a family restaurant with tables in a little garden. Homemade bread, fruits/dessert and spirits are included. The young lady at the tables, Anita, is extremely kind. Price is honest. All perfect.

It deserves a rating more than 5. It is a small, family run, restaurant with excellent food and warm, kind service (you really feel welcome). Based on their system of pre-reservation and pre-order you are defenitely getting a fresh prepared food. We ordered freshed grilled fish and (the best) octopus and both were very tasty. We were also served with free of charge appetizer - tasty homemade fish pate and great homemade bread and local "rakija" + salad with our main dishes. Highly recommended. We are defenitely coming back next time we are staying on Island of Korčula.

Beyond amazed by the food and the service. You have to book in advance (the day before or early morning for dinner). This is a family owned restaurant and it's such a lovely and cosy atmosphere.
We were greeted by a lovely young lady, had a welcome drink and then... the food! Which was the best we ate in the whole Korčula island!
Their whole family is working together and all the food is fresh. Fish and seafood caught that day, herbs, spices and vegetables from their garden (or local), their own wine and olive oil...
All in all, do go there and try for yourselves - you won't regret it!

Fantastic food, friendly service, excellent value. My partner and I shared a mixed platter to start and had grilled fresh fish as our main. The food was fresh, locally sourced and perfectly cooked and the main included plenty of tasty sides (included in the price of the mains). The homemade bread was some of the best we had in Croatia and the homemade wine was delicious and great value. They provide a selection of local liqueurs that you can help yourself to (free with the meal) which we really enjoyed and (not sure if this is standard or because we drank so much homemade wine!!) bought us a complimentary dessert at the end. The waitress (yes, they only have one) was really friendly and provided excellent service, especially considering how much running around she had to do! You do need to provide your food choice in advance, we provided ours the day before when booking but I think it is okay to order in the day if you are eating in the evening (this clearly allows them to keep the fish fresh from the sea) so don't just show up on spec in the evening but could not recommend more highly!

Lovely experience in this family-run place. The portions are quite big, so even 3 dishes to share among 4 people would’ve been enough. Excellent brudet, also great octopus and the platter of appetizers. Exceptional bread :) It was also lovely to try some homemade rakijas!

What a pearl in Korcula! This restaurant is a must see, when u r around. As it is small family business the young girl is waitress smiling nice and polite do not disturbing you, just spot on!
The food: aaaaaah beautiful dishes, we tried buzzara, grilled fish, octopus in peka and all is coming to you warm, freshly prepared as you have to book the time and the food prior to coming. The portions are really big and full of flavours if you know how it should be tastin, this is it! And the dessert: whaaaa lemon cake, strudel cake under peka- i am kissing hands of the woman who is making them- never had better strudel cake and lemon cake in my life.. and the price? The cheapest in Korcula what we found in couple of years. And the home made bread- so crispy, tender and they will pack it for you as take away, when you cannot eat it, so you have breakfast next morning. Of course snaps for free-6 sorts you can try what you want. I tried all of them, perfect! Cant wait to go there next year. Hvala lijepa…

Lovely local restaurant. We ordered traditionally prepared octopus with vegetables. Orders must be made at least one day in advance.
The food is delicious and the portions are very generous.
The restaurant is a family business and offers a truly authentic experience. At the end there is an open bar full of homemade schnapps completely for free.
Would definitely recommend!

5 stars are well deserved. Make sure to reserve in advance and mind that portions are massive. This place is a true gem of all of croatia, and as a foodie, I totally would come back here every day!

We had take out. Great experience. Things I wish I knew before: You have to communicate with them the day before or in the morning so that they can prepare what you want. It is a small family ran restaurant and I think they only make what they need for that night. I used WhatsApp to place the order.
The people there could not have been nicer. The food was incredible, I recommend the Octopus paka but really it was all great. They also gave us bread and a side dish for free.

This is the only place I'll be eating fish when I'm on Korčula.

The place is owned by very nice family (the young girl was super polite & super nice).

This is not a typical restaurant, but it's a few table dining place (you eat at family's yard) and it's highly recommend to have reservation at least one day in advance; you need to contact them and tell what you'd like to eat & they prepare it for you.

The catch is that everything is super fresh and family produce everything by themselves; fish is caught in the sea that morning, they bake homemade bread, garden tomatoes, cucumbers, salad..The prices are super fair & portions are good.

Overall, if you would like to eat good food, fresh, have like home atmosphere, this is a place to try.

I'm literally still sitting in this restaurant after dinner and writing this review. I couldn't even wait to leave, because this is an amazing place with food to die for. The staff is super nice and friendly, the food is traditionally Croatian, fresh and insanely delicious.
You have to reserve a table one day in advance and order your food - a proof that everything is freshly cooked.
Just fantastic! We'll come back 100%.

Amazing place, we had great dinner here. You must call a day before and tell them what you want to eat so they don't throw food away (great!).
We had octopus salad, lamb peka and grilled fish and everything tasted great. Definitely worth the visit!

Food cooked with love, nice owner took some time to present their path to small family restaurant with such a great food.

We ate fresh grilled fish with seasonal salad and bread prepared under the traditional bell.
After that we had daily desert which was excellent. Portions are well balanced.

They have delivery system to many places on island, so you can ate at place where you are staying, or you can enjoy your lunch at their terrace..You have to reserve few days in advance.

AMAZING. fantastic service and portions were just gigantic... We ate in big group and we weren't able to eat up everything! Delicious ofc! Absolutely recommend this place ❤❤❤

Family run awesome Restaurant. A Reservation per Chat/Call is highly recommended. Very friendly host and the food is OUTSTANDING. We tried fish (Squid&Shrimps) and the other day meat and it was amazing. The bread, salads and the homemade juice it was ALL fantastic. We also bought oil n bread to takeaway since it was such a sooo good and tasty experience. The bread was freshly made for us to take with us! It's worth a try. We didn't find anything like THIS during our whole stay.

Probably the best meal we had on the island. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Awesome prices, even better portion sizes. We belive it would be even better if we called earlier and made a reservation because then you have more options, so we recommend to do so.

Our best restaurant experience in korcula. very good food, very authentic: three fisher women put their fish directly from boat to table! You have to make a reservation before coming. Good prices, friendly and lovely people. We bought oil and bread there. Amazing!
