Everthing was so perfect, taste of food, feelings and the whole atmosphere and service provided by such a sympathic professional Vanja make us feel so special in restaurant Dijana. I can only say the best about our evening and praise for first class service with wine pairing, I will be looking forward to come again!

One if the best resorts I've been too in the entire world, they have thought of literally everything and I've never felt so comfortable. Service, food, rooms, pool and beaches are nothing short of amazing. We're planning on coming back every year to holiday with all our European friends and family. They've stolen all our hearts!

When you think about a hotel having everything, this is it.. from great and comfortable rooms, good restaurants, especially nice and pleasant service and staff, gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, walking trails, bicycles, events, and on top of that everything is super spacious and luxurious.

Special thank you to the staff at the bar/breakfast team, leading Slavica, it made our stay more friendly and welcoming.

Loved the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient and speak a variety of international languages. Breakfast room was a bit chaotic and not very exciting. Over all a great holiday place!
That 1st part of the review was written some years ago. They have truly let themselves down this last visit. Very sad as it is a beautiful destination however,a 5 Star resort they are not! From the heating system being put on even though the weather was still in the 20's to areas in the hotel that smell of dog urine, then working with the maintenance man to fix the vent ,which we were initially told is not fixable!!! Definitely not worth the money we paid. Sad but true! Unfortunately every time we said something to managers we were told it is that time of the year!
There were a few employees there that were exceptional and went beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable.

The spa facilities and the breakfasts were amazing during our stay. Thank you slavica and Zoran for making our stay a pleasant one. Not to forget the entire reception staff and concierge for the exchange of pleasantries and jokes during our stay.

Celebrating Birthday when being in Croatia for the first time is great experience itself! The service in this marvelous hotel is even greater.
The staff is always willing to serve, assist, and inform us about everything with a smile.
Will come back certainly, all recommendations!

Hotel is impeccable situated in beautiful Istria and its nature. Hotel is spacious with lot of interesting content including golf resort. Rooms are comfy, clean and tidy, if anything to ad could be soundproofing. All employees are very dedicated and polite, if anything to improve is maybe some time of delivery of orders like drinks and coffee ☕, bit still ok. It is suitable for families as well. All in all, worthy of visiting and coming back again.

They overdelivered in every way. The staff is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Beautiful spaces too. Love the beach. And the spa. And the pool! And the restaurants. 😍 Absolutely worth the money! ❤ Dog friendly — but can’t take the dog on the hotel beach or near the pool. Since our dog can’t stay alone, we hired a dog sitter for €15/hr to visit the spa and beach.

Great atmosphere and ambience with a view to Piran, Trieste and the Lido of Venice. Amazing food experience and the most professional, personal and lovely service (Dragan) ❤

What we Liked · As usually Kempinski offers maximum from high expectation of each guest. We mainly enjoyed amazing view and comfort the hotel staff and services can offer you. From well equipped gym to spa and swimming pool, private beach and evening dinner program.

What we Disliked · The private beach is located quite far away from main hotel, need to walk around 5-7 mins downhill and has limited number of beds. So, if you are late beach arrival you might not find free place. On the other hand hotel staff arranged new beds upon request, creating place bit crowded. You can also pay extra fee for Adult private beach beside. For some people might be unusual to not be offered "All Inclusive", so as high class hotel standard you pay for your drinks and food extra.

The beach club staff were fantastic and Anita, the manager, is the best hotel worker I have come across in decades of travelling all over the world.
