Hotel La Grisa

It’s been our second visit to this hotel. First time it was 4 years ago and Februrary 2024 was our second visit.
It’s remarkable how the hotel maintained high standards from years ago and managed to maintain it in all the relevant categories. Service and team working there outstanding. Food and kitchen team serving the most delicious and innovative dishes for full broad guests. Amenities such as welness area and hot tub which was part of our room made our stay a truly menorable experience.
We have been “hooked” on our first visit and “bought” on our second and will be comming for more hopefully for long time in the future.

Just an amazing experience, there’s nothing more to say. Every little detail were on point: The kind and lovely staff, the location, the interior, the rooms, and most of all … the restaurant! The atmosphere and view at the restaurant were exceptional. Perfect for both a romantic experience, as just a lovely time with family or friends. Really getting a good feeling of the Croatian local experience here. I highly recommend this place♥

Charming family owned hotel. Lovely hosts, rooms, cafe and views! They greeted us upon arrival, offered us refreshments and a delicious breakfast.

Loved this hotel. Fab rooms and delicious food. Excellent service nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

We haven't slept in the hotel, but were the guests of the restaurant. Excellent skilled staff, very tasty food and nice decorated dishes. We were a group with specially prepared menu, and we were all delighted. Matching wines were explained and served with each dish. During the summer, you can choose to sit in a small yard outside, being a bit away from the rush. Prices are matching the quality and the ambience, so don't expect cheap meals.

Review is for the restaurant only as we didn’t visit the hotel. Beautiful terrace, gorgeous fine dining style food (but amazingly, for standard tourist restaurant prices) and perfect service. Great choice for a meal out which is a cut above average restaurants in the area. We ate with our sons, 8&10 - while there is no published kids menu they were more than happy to make them a very child friendly chicken and French fries and looked after us all beautifully all through the meal. Oh, and nice wine too!

Jewel among regional restaurants. Really enjoyed the local specialties, and recommendations from the competent staff. For a Sunday evening dinner, in the midst of the pandemic: it was a unique and memorable experience! We will be back for sure. Keep up the good work !

I've been to many hotels, but this one stands out! The staff is so professional, food - especially dinner is delicious! I'm super happy! And yes, they serve the best caffee! 😁

We stopped at the hotel restaurant for lunch. It was so lovely and good value (not cheap but about the same as most of the restaurants in the area including the "cheap" grills etc.). I had the beetroot gnocchi with spinach cream and goats cheese, we also shared a chocolate soufflé and it was beautiful. YUM.

Traditional Istrian cuisine at the highest level. Excellent service, wine selection and delicious desserts. The menu is seasonal and you can always try something new and different although profoundly rooted into local traditions

Stayed at this hotel and had a dinner at their restaurant! Altogether an amazing experience at this picturesque location with excellent staff. Bedroom we stayed at require update as wallpapers are peeling off and bath shower is leaking but facilities were sparking clean!

We have been/stayed here few times now. First time with friends, later on as couple and latest visit was as a family (10mo kid). Nice, cosy, delicious and not too crowded - to sum up. Staff is always friendly and their restaurant is a must!

Traditional yet modern. I loved the room with the wooden bed and modern bathroom. Restaurant has great food and nice breakfast offering. One of the rare places in Istria where you can buy cigars.

Amazing food, great service... Best seabass (cro. brancin) I've ever had.

The hotel is fantastic! The restaurant is awesome, breakfast is yummy and the rooms are very beautiful! Fully reccomend!

Amazing food. It's a must for food lovers. We had beetroot gnocchi and truffle risotto. Amazing. Worth every penny. Try truffleicecream.

If you want to escape from touristic crowd this is a perfect place.
