We had a lovely time tasting wine at the Benazic property. We were offered 8 wines (1x sparling white, 3x white, 3x red and 1x sparkling rose) paired with a selection of food hand picked for each wine. The property had a lovely outdoor area that was incredibly modern. Ana was very welcoming and attentive - thank you so much!

Excellent service and an incredible experience. Ana is very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful breakdown of each wine and how to pair it. We also got a tour of the cellar which was really fun! Side note: the olive oil was out of this world amazing. We left with four bottles to take back home! So glad I got to experience this and would recommend to anybody visiting or living here :)

Anyone on vacation in Istria must visit this sweet winery. The two sisters with their father also run a restaurant with great food. The service is top, the wines and the menu as well. We were here a few times during our vacation - and look forward to next summer. In the meantime, we enjoy the wines at home. ❤🤩

Returned here after 3 years to find the quality of products and the service at its best.

Wine tasting is their specialty, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. They pair wines with snacks and desserts. Previously they had various wine sets, but now it's a single set of 8 wines.

They also serve food. Juicy and tender beefsteaks are delicious. The young potatoes on the side are made the only way they are meant to be. Don't miss it!

Great little family run place on the edge of town. Our host was very knowledgeable and attentive. We tried Explore Istria from the menu. It came with five wines all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The food was delicious and all locally sourced. It was a lovely relaxing evening and well worth the 30 minute walk out of the city.

Excellent wine tasting experience with a lovely host Ana. We tried 5 different types of wine, local cheeses and meats. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Pula.

We really enjoyed the wine tasting organised by Benazic. We opted for their "Tastes of Istria" and had the opportunity to try five very nice wines: sparkling white wine, rosé wine, a malvazija, a terran (red) and semi-sweet wine. The olive oil was excellent and so was the cheese that came with the wine! Good explanations given in excellent English. It is very good value (10€ per person). We even stayed for another glass. I tried one of their sweet wine and it was particularly tasty. The atmosphere is nice and you can walk from Pula (35mn). Definitely worth going!

Excellent place with delicious wines and homemade food with local products.
Especially enjoyed Ana Antonija Teran!
I heartfully recommend this place of wine tasting and diner for 2 or 4. We enjoyed Katarina Malvazija this evening back in France!
I hope coming back soon :)

Unlike in France here you can still go, taste wine and have lunch off season.

Most of the food was home made or came from the region. It was very tasteful and nice.

Personally I was very fond of the white wines, rose and the sparkling wine which is made 'methode champenoise'. For me the red wines were to fruity, but that doesn't mean anything about what you might like.

The wine house is now here for 10 years I was explained, and 70% of their grapes are from a local white grape. They only have a limited production from their fields which are located about 45 km up north and that's why 95% of their sales are local.

Fun fact: Each wine is named after one of the female family members.

We walked here from the centre of Pula, it took a while but it was worth it. As soon as we arrived the owners made us very welcome and seated us in the shade. We opted for the tasting degustation of 5 wines, grappa and local meats and cheese. This family run business was a great find for us and all the wines delicious. Ana Antonija was knowledgeable and friendly.

Katarina is such a lovely girl, she patiently explained about each wine the culture of Istria. We emailed before the visit, their response was promptly and polite! We had a nice platter as starter and pasta with 5 type of wine tasting.
