Villa Ratac

Amazing view apartment with only 5 minutes away from the Slano town and 25 minutes away from touristic center Dubrovnik. Space was very clean. We felt like at home. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking and we even have two bathrooms. The living room was large with panoramic windows. The view from the apartment and from the terrace is breathtaking. This was by far the best experience in private property we ever had. The most friendly hosts, the best location possible in Dubrovnik, wonderful view.

We have spent 2 wonderfull weeks in the Penthouse apartament. Excellent and we'll equipped vacation apartment in the beautiful villa in a quiet part of Dubrovnik Riviera. The views from the balcony are simply breathtaking..The house is very comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, and had everything we needed. We just loved it!! Hope to go there again some Day 🥰

Very kind and generous hosts! Ideal location for guests came to enjoy Adriatic 24 hours. The house is beautiful with really gorgeous olive, orange and palms trees in its own garden. Certainly, perfect value for money.

Wonderful place! This is not a place you would pick if you are looking for fun or lively atmosphere but If you are looking for peace and want to detach from your busy everyday life , don't look any further, this is the place. I stayed with my son and was very impressed by the size of the apartment and the view is to die for. There is a local bus that goes to Slano every 2 hours, the closest town where restaurants and a mini market can be found and the same bus goes also to the opposite direction all the way to Dubrovnik again every 2 hours. The only downside is the main road where the bus stops. There is no pavement on the road and cars are driving really fast there. You definitely need a car if you want to move around because taxis are not that easy to find and may overcharge you. Uber is available but more towards Dubrovnik. We were very happy to stay in this beautiful place though, the water of the sea is crystal clear. If they open up a bar here I would probably go back every year 🤣 that I missed, just having an ice cream or a nice glass of wine when sunbathing. The person that greeted us and helped us said I could call her Veronika ( sorry cannot spell your real name) was absolutely lovely and helpful. She organized a boat trip for us and it was fantastic, we visited 3 islands and had food and drinks served on board all included in the price given. I also met 2 ladies randomly one day , I believe they own the property , did not spend much time with them because they were busy in the garden but they immediately offered a cookie to my son and a lovely cold beer to me, beautiful people. I would recommend this place a lot. Thanks so much 🙌

The views from this Villa are absolutely breathtaking and I freaking loved it.
I liked everything about this apartments. It is the perfect place to spend your time with your family, friends, loved ones or even if you want to go just by yourself. You will not be disappointed.
The staff was amazing. Very nice, communicative and kind heart.

Absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast with friendly staff and nice amenities! Close to Dubrovnik for sightseeing. Nice and quiet Oasis with a stunning view and private swimming area. Highly recommend staying at Villa Ratac!

Very cute and clean apartment directly at the beach. A super comfortable space with coffee machine, good shower, comfortable bed, WiFi and private access to the sea. The extra: we enjoyed the private sun beds. Amazing view from our balcony. Communication with hosts was very easy. Perfect location if you’re looking for somewhere relaxed. The nearest place is Slano which is the small town has everything you need. It is also a great base for “old town Dubrovnik”, airport. Parking place just above the villa. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent and we'll equipped vacation apartment in the beautiful villa in a quiet part of Dubrovnik Riviera. The views from the living and balcony are simply breathtaking..The house is very comfortable and lovingly built using beautiful natural stones from the area. The kitchen was well equipped, and had everything we needed. 5 minutes with a car from the village Slano with many restaurants, or one restaurant on request incomplex. Beautiful beaches and lagoons 30 minutes driving everywhere. By car you can easily get to the bigger supermarkets and places of interest. As for us, being at the house and enjoying the peace and quiet was just perfect. The villa has private beach where you can spend all day or watch the stars at night. The sea is crystal clean and kids enjoyed the different types (rocks, sand, pebbles).The hosts are very nice people, help you with any thing you need. highly recommended!

If I had to complain about something- WIFI should be stronger and kitchen knifes sharper. Generally, very beatiful place

il posto è fantastico, direttamente affacciato sullo splendido mare cristallino.
l'appartamento ha tutti i confort necessari, per noi italiani ci vorrebbe qualche attrezzo in più in cucina. le terrazze spiaggia sono ampie e fornite di lettini che permettono diverse sistemazioni, al sole come in ombra.

В этом году наш удачный выбор пал на виллу Ратац в Хорватии. В аэропорту нас радушно встретил сам хозяин и доставил на виллу. Вилла красивая, отделана белым камнем в хорватском стиле. Осмотрев апартамент, территорию и пляж, мы заселились. Апартамент нам понравился, по душе пришлось цветовое решение интерьера, все чисто, удобно, вид с балкона потрясающий, там было мое любимое место для утреннего кофе. Дорожки территории выложены камнем, микс из пальм, сосен, лимонов и оливок. Пляж – бетонная терраса, вода в море изумительного цвета и прозрачная, как стекло. Купались –наслаждались. Мужа, заядлого рыбака, порадовала здесь рыбалка. После вкусного ужина, заказанного на вилле, рыбный день у нас был каждый день. Свежие морепродукты и изысканное, ароматное вино не оставили нам шансов. Муж сам готовил рыбу на гриле на террасе. Хочется вернуться, не хотелось уезжать!
