Bota Šare Mali Ston restaurant & oyster bar

Beautiful place from outside and sea food that matched magnificent tower. Best: black risotto, white risotto with prawns, tuna steak- and top level fresh oysters accompanied with fish pate.. prices are on the higher end but well deserved. Waiter was very young but absolutely the best!

Lovely restaurant at a small town Mali Ston. The 30+ years-old restaurant operated in an over 800 yrs ex-warehouse for salt.

The seafood is great! We had a whole grilled orada, Queen of the Sea(Sea Bream), local oysters and skarpina(red scorpionfish) stew.

Delectable lunch!

Service is prompt. Food is good. Cold season off peak little crowd. The muscles and oyster is small.

Loved the squid ink risotto. We got the complimentary fish pate which was really good. The squid was a tad salty

This restaurant was awesome. The food was extremely delicious. The Seafood here is a must try. I was especially positive surprised about the oysters, because I wasn’t a fan till now, but now I am. Also the waitress was very nice, attentive and also very helpful without being to intrusive. The toilet was also very clean and the restaurant looks nice designed.

A must stop on the route to Split from Dubrovnik. They walked the oysters from the boat, to the kitchen, to our plate while we were there.

Just perfect! Very friendly staff. Great wine selection. I can totally recommend it. Very tasty dishes, large portions, fantastic location, and more than fair prices. This places deserves 6 stars!!

This place is a gem and we find it by accident. The staff was attentive, professional and quick. We didn’t wait long for our food and everything we ordered was delicious.
Scallops were delicious and so was the tuna tartar. For dessert we had soufflé and I would love to come back just for one more. It was creamy and chocolatey (creme had a similar thickness as nutella).

Beautifully fresh seafood - one of the best meals of our entire trip. Attentive service, generous portions, and everything we had was truly delightful (grilled tuna, squid ink risotto, octopus salad, oysters, fish soup). They also gave us starters of tuna pate on the house which was a nice touch. There is parking right in front of the restaurant which was also helpful.

Located in old medieval salt storehouse, cozy atmosphere, fresh and delicious food. Truly kind staff. Definitely on the pricier side but you get what you pay for! :)

The oyster is awesome. The mixed mussels, clam and Noah’s Ark shell are amazing. They gave me free orange liquor, tuna on shell. The waiter is new but extremely nice. Truly enjoyed it, especially after climbing the Great Wall in Ston. Climb the second longest Great Wall in the world then eat the best oyster in the world. Wonderful day in Ston and Mali Ston.

If you want to eat a lot compared to prices then this place is the best. We were going back to Zadar and found this hotel on our way. This is located a bit inside but it has a nice view of the sea side. Compare to money spent, food was good and over filling for your stomach. Hospitality was the key point for me. People working here are very good and kind to their customers. Service was a bit slow than expected but everything was accepted after eating their food.

A driver recommended us this place. And it was an excellent recommendation. We were a party of four and enjoyed our stay there with excellent food and very nice staff. I had a tuna steak and it was the best I ever had, so juicy, tasty, heavenly... This will for sure be a place we will visit again.

We came in on a chilly evening and were warmed by the hospitality of Franco and the tomato soup. The chicken and grilled vegetables were delicious.

5 🌟 is def referring to the oysters. Beautiful view of the harbour, driving in from the main road was gorgeous. Servers were friendly, food came out quickly. Recommend to eat out on the terrace as inside can get stuffy. Oysters were not briny or gritty, very plump. Nothing else required on them other than lemon. GO HUNGRY. We were still full from lunch and could only do 6 each. Did try the dried oysters and it was good but raw is the way to go. There's a nice cilantro sauce on top of the grilled oysters which has a lovely smokey flavour
