I recently had dinner at this restaurant, and it was an absolute delight. The octopus salad and anchovy for starters was a burst of flavors, and the grilled catch of the day was exceptional – among the best fish dishes I've ever tasted. Im so happy we ate dinner at Tauris. We had such a great experience here. Everything was amazing. The atmosphere, the wine, the food, the olive oil. Everything was so fresh. The service at this restaurant was top notch & made our night it was seriously one of the best service I’ve ever had. The owner, and our server were so friendly & made us felt so welcomed. I would recommend eatting at Tauris! We can’t wait to be back.

Exceedingly fresh fish and seafood, with pricing as such, which it should be. Not sure if it's caught from around the island but the selection is incredibly good which they bring to the table to choose from. Non-fish options exist as well but not really anything for vegetarians.

Indoor and outdoor seating available and the latter should be chosen if able to deal with some of the seasonal insects. Only complaint is that they run on a coastal schedule, being open every day for the peak, but closing from the early part of October until the end of spring.

When we arrived at a lazy peaceful Sunday for lunch the waiter told us that the cook is doing his business for 46 years and that we will get the best fish of our lives. They definitely delivered! We shared a seafood starter with a flawless smoked tuna. As main course we had a catch of the day - scorpion fish, which was just perfect! Very good price value for top products, nice location and good service!

I recently came here in July with my family on a holiday and our boat driver recommended we stop here for lunch. And wow, the food is just perfection!! Best seafood pasta I’ve ever eaten.. all the food was impeccable. Fresh, home cooked and we are definitely coming back here when we go back to Croatia and Dubrovnik again. I think about the food every day and tell everybody it’s a must visit if on the island. We even go to go upstairs out back and see the chef in his element cooking away on the fire.. five stars and can’t wait to eat here again. True Dalmatian style cooking.

One of the best restaurants in Sipan island. We had the red snapper fish and scampi was really good and fresh. Fish was excellently grilled. Highly recommended. Their famous for the peca as well, but didn't get a chance to try it as you have to pre-order it.

Grilled octopus was delicious. Sea bass was very well good, and the wood fire gave it great character and flavour. Expensive, but a very nice meal. Directly outside is a kids playground, which made it easy for them to enjoy time while the adults had another glass of wine :)

We came here on spec for a lunch, and thoroughly enjoyed it. (Tuna steak for one of us, Ćevapi for the other).

The very entertaining waiter (from Montenegro) claimed they had the best coffee on the island, and indeed it was good.

Good food- after a long time I ate fish "trle", njami! Not too expensive. Nice staff. Good music in the background makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. I recommend it!

laid-back atmosphere, personal approach, fresh first class fish cooked with all the ingredients you recognize and expect in the mediterranean cuisine, but with the touch of non-pretentious magic that makes it irresistible... my second tine here, but already planning to go again this very summer... bravo!

One of the best meals of my life. The sun setting coupled with the best service we have ever received and some of the best food we have ever eaten made this a truly unforgettable experience. The server, Naboyshem (spelled phonetically because I do not know how to spell his name) was simply amazing and recommended the entire 3 course dinner plus wine. Homemade olive oil was to die for, best calamari I have ever had and scorpion fish was delightful. 10 out of 10 would go back.

Amazing fish grilled on Huge barbecue and a warm and very professionnal service for food and so good advices for wine !! The best white wine we have had in Croatia ( Malvoisia from Bastian, or something like that...)

Best fish in the area, Nebojasa waiter is th best knows local stories, service is great. Good value for money. Chef is the business.

Execellent place. Fish is all fresh caught so will bary daily. Octopus was so tender. Bread was deicious. Staff is obviously proud of their craft.
