Grizzly Music Pub and Brewery

Today first time food in the grizzly pub. Waitress Hanna recommended me the new dishes . My wife and me ordered a Hamburger, "Cezar Salata" and something called "Tepertökrém". I was surprised after we had dinner about the quality, All fresh and awesome taste. Never expected that for such a place . My compliment for the chef.

Additionally good service of the waitresses. Friendly very friendly service. Respect, not used to such a good service in Hungary.

Update: the pub has moved house, now it is located some 50m away, at the other side of the Városház square, right behind the Széchenyi statue. Now serving Soproni / Heineken beers, it has otherwise kept the style, but in a much better building. Longer opening hours and snacks.

Update: the only place in Miskolc with genuune IBA-standard Rusty Nail cocktail on!

A classic location in Miskolc. Built as a provisional workers barrack for a project back in the 80's, this pub has tricked out all attempts for closure. The design of the place radiates a special kind of temporariness of a place, that had been marked for shutdown every year during its 30 years of existence, to no avail. With probably the nicest staff in the city, the drink selection is relatively large with acceptable prices. Beer of the house is Borsodi, with Staropramen on draft here. There is a huge outdoor terrace with a large LED screen and a stage for the summer, and there is also ample space inside - 3 former shops in this building were linked together to form a relatively large hall, where serious bands play regularly with no entry fee. In the pub proper there are several TV screens for watching sports, also pool, darts and foosball. Grizzly is a meeting point to most expats living in Miskolc.

Central location, very good for big parties.
Live rock music all year. Nice terrace during summer season.
Reasonable prices. Great variety.

Very kind personnal and also owner of the pub, which help to us in a few seconds when he listen that something happend near the roses garden.

Wow! What a pub! Great place with cheap drink but had pool, darts and csocso! Will come back for sure! Good selection of drink too!!! :)

Fun place offering a variety of beers and other drinks at good prices. There's live rock music every week.

Their mulled vine is perfect! Nevertheless, the place has a nice atmosphere.

Country side style of pub. Some weekends there are concerts are here.

The ambience of the bar was great and also the drinks.

Kellemes, ír kocsma beütése van a helynek. Az árak mérsékeltek.

Látszik, hogy volt koncepció mikor a helyet tervezték, mert nem egy sótlan, tucat szórakozóhely, hanem egy hangulatos, romkocsma jellegű pub. A különböző stílusú hanglemezekkel kirakott mennyezet különösen tetszik!
Az árak rendben vannak, főleg ahhoz képest, hogy a belvárosban található.
Ha legközelebb Miskolcon járok, és akarok inni egy jót, hallgatni egy kis rockot, tuti a Grizzlybe megyek! :-)

Mislolc egyik legjobb kultúrkocsmája! Jó kis zenék szólnak, van egy kis tánctér, van Tubi is, 620 egy sör, a hátsó terasz szép tágas, kedvesek és közvetlenek az emberek, van csocsóasztal is. Egyedül a kiszolgálás volt kicsit lassú, de sebaj, nagyon örülök, mikor Miskolcon ilyen jó helyeket fedezek fel! Nézzetek be mindenképp, hétvégeken grill terasz is van.

Barátaimmal voltam mindannyian megvoltunk elégedve a minőségi kiszolgálással az árakkal és a maximális higiéniával. Legközelebb is megyünk. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek. Nagyon hangulatos és barátságos hely sok szórakozási lehetőséggel. Jó árak és változatos minőségi rock és metál zene 🤟😉

Az új helyen sokkal jobb a belső tér, mint korábban. Szépen fel lett újitva a hely.
