I hadn't been to this bar in like 10 years so was happy it's still around and hasn't changed a bit. Still a great little bar where people sit in the window and smoke "outside." Great whisky selection and reasonable prices. This used to be a regular spot of mine and I'm happy it lives on.

Although it’s a bar/ pub, they have a good choice of teas.

if you want not only to be a tourist but a traveler you should understand this place, it offers not only excellent cuisine but a genuine and generous environment. it is one of those places that has a great story to tell with a local and solid clientele, it is not just a place to eat and drink but to meet again and again immersing yourself in a healthy environment full of special moments.

Excellent. This is one of the finest bars in Budapest — looks simple and down to earth, and yet serves some of the greatest cocktails and food around. While small, their kitchen serves some of the best Goulash stew around and the bar tenders will happily make you a great Gin Tonic. We were happy to be served the drink exactly the way she makes it for herself, and it was superb. Outside seating available directly in the windows, otherwise site inside; live music available on occasions.

Update: I’ve been here again after the pandemic and can attest the food is as good as it’s been before.

I really don’t know why, but this place always feels like home - and i don’t live in Budapest and never had.
The food is (sometimes) weird, but always on POINT. I really like the bevereges selection.
The nights Here are something else, you can Meet the weirdest (in a good way) and most intresting people that live and visit Budapest. You Have to feel the soul of this place to love It - i feel It and i love It.
JUST visited you today, hopefully see you ASAP.

Great place! Very creative design everywhere and I also appreciated that they support local artists by hanging their artworks on the walls! Stuff is awesome too! We accidentally broke a glass and they said not too worry “because it’s a bar”❤ Also the cider that we tried was really tasty 😋

Very busy when we found it, late one Friday night. Quick service, despite being packed, and all bar staff could speak/understand English.

Very nice vibes and good music selection. We came for lunch and was delicious and huge portions. Would love to come back in the eve for drinks

One of my favorite hipster bars in Budapest. The food and atmosphere is simply incredible. There are evenings with live music as well

Warm and lively place, plain but somehow super cool toilets. They won't serve you at the table but the staff is nice and quick enough.
Didn't get lunch, but the dishes smelled wonderful.

Best beef stew I tryed while in Budapest. Very good prices and authentic atmosphere.
Attached the menu they had at the time we went. They served late lunch because we arrived at 2pm and they still served us.

Being a rum lover, You simply can't beat the offer of different rums they offer. The atmosphere is relaxed, You can go in joggers and in smoking as well - You won't feel out of place.
Still haven't tried the food yet, as such i can't say anything about it, but it's a great excuse for me to return for another visit and give it a try.

Great place for drinks and food. Simple dishes with great ingredients. Well priced and very hospitable. The lead cook came out and chatted with us before giving us some complimentary drinks over happy hour. Much appreciated. Cheers!

We come to this bar every time we are in Budapest. Such a great spot, very good vibes. Love the amount of plants (although I think they had even more of them on the past). They also have some food.

Tasty food with lots of cocktail and wine selection. Place is a must see.

It can be crazy busy but it's for a reason. Drinks are priced correctly and the food is amazing! Try the Zombie Toast, pork brains with pickle and red onion, awesome. The staff is cool and are respectfully disrespectful and I like them a lot. Kisüzem is awesome, but don't come here and make it busier then it already is.😁

Great atmosphere, the place was packed when we came. The food is tasty with large portions but the wait for ordering drinks and food was quite long.

A nice neighborhood bar. Great atmosphere and great beer. The food was good and could do with more offerings. All-in-all, a very nice place that is worth visiting
