excellent tea selection, go for the pina colada.)I like it but sometimes only cash and a bit small place so you have to time it right to get the best seatings. Early afternoon like 3-4 for start is the best.

cozy place, nice staff. the drinks come in a big size. I ordered a chai latte and it came in a jumbo size cup. It was really good. the mango smoothie also came in a big class and had real fruit purée in it.

This is the perfect atmosphere to relax and have a refreshing cup of tea during your adventure in Budapest. It's located right off of a main road, but inside you'd never know it. During my few days in the city, I stopped in multiple times to recharge myself when I had downtime.

This was exactly the chill place we needed when we were in Budapest. The waitress was very friendly, the tea was good and the atmosphere was very cozy. This place is very enjoyable. I can definitely recommend visiting it.

I had the ginger tea and the vegetarian grilled sandwich. The tea is so, so good. It’s like happiness in a teapot. The sandwiches were nourishing and not too oily or buttery as is often the case with grilled sandwiches. The lady who served us (i think she was the owner) is really nice. The only thing I would want to change is that they don’t accept card payment, only cash. But other than that, this place will fill you up with good food and hot, delicious tea, for not a lot of money. I’m in Budapest for a week and I plan to go there for breakfast each and every day. Highly recommended it.

I spend some of my Sunday mornings here having breakfast with coffee and tea. The collection of tea is impressive. Try the Uva highlands tea ;-) . More than anything the few people who work here have a very pleasant service mindset.

I visited Budapest last week for my birthday with my boyfriend for a few days and we ate here every morning during out stay. The menus for the food, normal hot drinks and teas were great and the service was exceptional. Would definitely visit here again :)

Lovely, cozy teahouse with a wide selection of teas, but they also serve snack foods, like toasts and cakes. Perfect spot to relax or meet-up with friends. The staff is also very kind and attentive, but there can be some delays in service if you arrive after 17:30.

The staff is very friendly and they have a huge variety of tea flavours but what I really enjoy in this teahouse is the atmosphere, it's super relaxing. You fell like you are at home. Great place to stop by when you are traveling or after a hard day.

Wide variety of teas, a hidden treasure in the middle of the city. They’ve got sandwiches, too. The staff speaks English very well. It offers everything a teahouse has to: it's cozy, exotic and welcoming, with an amazingly kind service. I recommend trying the Japanese-style tables on the upper floor, those are pretty cool too.
The teas are superb as well: my number one is Indian Chai. Though I have to admit that I've never tried coffee there, their teas are certainly of high quality: they are transported here from India directly. I once conversed with the owner who told me he visited his hometown several times a year to bring back fresh tea to his customers.

Cozy place, decent prices, air-conditioned, lots of tea. We had the grilled sandwich (toast) for breakfast (the mystery ingredient is fried onion). Cash only, 10% service charge.

High quality breakfasts! Would recommend the mango smoothie and classic bagel. The butter croissant was also delicious. Hope to come back soon!!
