I am Always leave happy visiting this shop! Lovely quality Gucci, respectful, kind and nice sellers will offer U coffee or water. Sellers feels clients very well and will give you some time to choose what you like, without any pressure. Nice that sellers here are educated (they have English, German, Russian, Ukranian, Chinese speaking personal) and not judge you depending on your look. I feel very comfortable coming in clothing what is comfy for me, i dont need proof my status in this shop to anyone, I know for what I came to this place, even if I came in sport wear. Professional help of stylists if you are not sure about the color/design, professional suggestions about how to wear. They will always ask why do you want to buy anything and give professional suggestions. And if they don't have anything what you want, they ready order and the item will arrive in 3 (!) days. it's nice even if you are tourist. Always happy come back here.

Very nice and helpful staff. They help with everything, style, sizes ect. They ask you if you want water. And the most important thing for me: they don't look at you scornful!! So I definitely not scared to go back to this store. (like I am at other designer stores)

The store representative was superb and I have never had such an excellent experience in a branded goods store. I would strongly recommend doing your shopping here instead of the branches in Western European cities.
