The customer service here is outstanding. I came in with a broken post on my daughter's cheap-o classical guitar. He started to work on it right away using extra parts rather than upselling a totally new package and replace the super dead strings. 25 mins later I was out the door feeling quite pleased with the service I received. Bár sajnos sok basszusgitárt kínálnak vételre, a vevő igényeit mindig maximálisan figyelembe veszik és a lehúzás legkisebb gyanúja nélkül ajánlják a vágyott termékkategória legmegfelelőbb darabját.
Flexibilisek, türelmesek, parkolászgatni meg kerékpározgatni nem itt kell. :)

Csak jót tudok mondani. Kedvesek, türelmesek, segìtökészek. Alapból online vásárlás párti vagyok, de ide szuper volt személyesen jönni - van online shopjuk is amúgy. De kaptam tanácsot és boldog új zongora tulajdonos vagyok.

Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom őket! Amatőr lévén sok laikus kérdésem volt, amire óriási türelemmel, segítőkészséggel és szakértelemmel válaszoltak. Rengeteg hasznos szakmai tanácsot és segítséget nyújtottak, amit más hangszerüzletekben nem tapasztaltam, emiatt egy korábban máshol vásárolt (amúgy jó, csak nem az én igényeimhez passzoló) gitárral mellé is nyúltam. Itt minden segítséget megkaptam ahhoz, hogy megtaláljam a tudás szintemnek és igényeimnek megfelelő, számomra tökéletes gitárt! Köszönet érte!
