Simple, quiet and delicious. This hip and funky hidden gem feels like a classic beer garden except it was quiet and empty (it shouldn’t be because the food was excellent). It appears to be connected to an open air music venue of sorts. The Balkan burger was delicious and I washed it down with a cold draft local beer.

Its a very welcomed place át Kőbánya, finally we have also a "sit outside" ruin pub where not only the local drunkards are spending their time, but widely around anyone looking for a cosy outside place with reasonable prices for the summer time gathering 😎. I really enjoyed it there, probably will wisit more frewuently, even with my dogs 😉

My favorite beer garden to catch up with friends while enjoying a proper beer. The Balkan Burger is an absolute must try here, crusty fresh bread with juicy meat and fresh salad. Background music selection is nice and not too loud. Dog friendly place. Highly recommend if you happen to be in Városliget.

Great outdoor venue for drinks and burgers. Set in front of an abandoned art expo hall from the late 1800's in the middle of the Varosliget park.

Perfect for those warm sunny days and the evening vibe is wonderful when the string lights start to glow warmly as the sun sets.

This place won't be around long since the will building will be refurbished in late 2017.

Great place for trying the "balkan burger". A bit different than regular burgers with a thin patty and sourdough bread, but still a great (and cheap) meal. The place itself has a great atmosphere and it feels like the majority of people there are locals and regulars. Highly recommended.

A pretty place to go out in the middle of a park with relatively low prices of drinks, delicious Balkan burgers and colorful lights. Very good choice for a group to go hang out.

Amazing building in a hidden location in the park. I went alone and it was still very very nice. Great DJ played that night. And the staff are very friendly. Really chill atmosphere.

Location has a real nice post industrial vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent food and drink selection. Good to see some quality places in the outskirt of the city.

When I come here I always have the feeling that it is a huge garden party 😅 perfect for summer nights. Relaxing setting.

This is one of my favorite open-air place in Budapest. Prices went up slowly, but the grilled cheese is still the best you can have around here, if you like it you must try it! Due to renovations the venue itself is always on the move, but still feels like a big garden, which is nice! :)

One of the best open-air gastrobar in the city. Vibrant summer nights here, could be crowded around the weekend evenings and nights. The cuisine is various, mostly Balkan influenced. Go and give it a try 😎

Very good open-air place in a very good environment. Placed in Városliget, far from heavy traffic, quiet and children friendly. Pets are also allowed which is a huge plus. Service is good, food acceptable, one of the best choices for a summer night gathering.

One of my favourite places in Budapest. It has it's charm. Fresh air, fine balkan burger, good fröccs :) If you don't mind the dogs (you can bring yours too) who sniffing around, you will love the place.

I would be so happy, if there will be cocktails and if somehow they reduce use of plastic glasses. Encourage people to reuse glass for next drink, however this is my personal observation

This open-air bar in the heart of the city park is breath of fresh air. Affordable drinks and food can be found here, away from tourists, amidst the locals and nature. A must-visit if coming to Budapest in summer.
