The staff in the Tiszafüred agency are always very helpful and polite. I preferred to renew my Vodafone contracts online, but their online system often doesn't work. After having called Vodafone Customer Services and having received a waste of time callback from a non-English-speaker outside of the agreed times, I was eventually told by Customer Services that English speakers could no longer renew their contracts by phone. I went to the shop in Tiszafüred, where Miklós fixed everything for me straight away. The shop is usually not so busy these days, so I will go straight to them in the future.
