MOTO East Java - Rental Trail KLX CRF WR Malang

Did the Bromo tour with them today. It was an absolute blast! Definitely a if not the highlight of this trip. My tour guide was Dimas. He knows the roads and places by heart.He has a perfect mix of letting you have adventure, guiding you through safely and giving interesting sightseeing information about the surrounding landscape. If you love exploring on two wheels, love off-roading and don't mind getting muddy, it's an adventure you're not gonna wanna miss!

If you come from a concrete jungle like me in Singapore, you'll be amazed and overwhelmed by this trip! Uphi was an excellent guide who had no issues conversing in English. He's also a very humble, friendly and a helpful person. I travelled from Surabaya to Malang (rented a car on Traveloka), thinking it was just a normal dirt biking ride, but I got more than that. It was a cultural + educational + sensorial + therapeutical + spiritual experience for me. With city living wearing me out thin, this was the hard reset I so badly needed. Definitely not for the faint-hearted though Uphi will be assessing your riding abilities before choosing the level of difficulty so you get the most bang for your buck. You'll be traversing steep hills and mountains, tight bends, narrow paths (branches sticking out and going under fallen trees), and stone-strewn roads. The route will also let you have a taste of East Java traffic (where there's order, patience and respect in chaos). You'll be passing by Muslim and Hindu communities and villages (with school-children waving hello with their wide smiles), taking breaks at extremely scenic spots, and riding through low clouds, all the while soaking in the cool weather. Choose the row of food stalls just right beneath the dormant volcanic mountain for lunch. You'll be walking on volcanic ashes and there'll be several jeeps and horses taking visitors around. I had Nasi Campur and a satcheted drink to charge me up for the remaining journey back. I understand that Uphi even has camping tours with BBQ included, perfect for a retreat, short-getaway, some good self-care or time out with friends! I'll be going back again for sure. You definitely won't regret this. The time and money spent cannot be compared to what you will be getting throughout the trip. We had a really really great time visiting mount bromo with the motorcycles rented from this place.
Uphi, the owner, is a great guy that helps you out if you have any problems and he also gave us a quick lesson on how to drive with manual transmission for free!
The motorcycles were perfect and you could rent them at a really reasonable price with a helmet and gear.
Would choose this store everytime again if I will come back and I highly recommend it!

The boys at the shop made our whole Java trip worthwhile. Excellent customer service, well maintained bikes and if you choose to take a guided tour you will have the best day ever. Not matter your skill level, you can spend 8 hours driving through some awesome trails. Definitely coming back

I had a wonderful experience riding an enduro motorcycle and it was my very first time having to ride on dirt and sandy terrain. I recommend the day tour to Mount Bromo - that starts around 8 am - as it makes the ride incredulously palpable, where the vicinity all around illuminates its beautiful nature to one's eye.
Also, Rovy - my guide, was a cheerful man who patiently thought me how to ride on dirt and thought me how to control the bike on difficult terrain in an easy way. I learned some good techniques, and I have to say, this is one of the best rides I have ever done and I enjoyed every moment that went by.
I will definitely be back next time - especially to play the bike on the sea of sands around Mount Bromo. That's the highlight of the ride and the best part of the tour.

A friend and I did two day excursions with this company and they were easily the best days of our trip through SEA so far.

Yes the motorbikes and the equipment are great, but what made the trip amazing is how Upphi and his team treat the customers. They literally share their passion and are so caring. I spent extra hours to stay in the boutique and ask questions about bikes, mechanisms etc... They were so passionated and so patient with me!
For the trip Upphi brought me into amazing places, totally adapted to my "driving" level (challenging but perfectly achievable), show me great secret spots. We had deep discussions, I learnt so much about the Indonesian culture and about the countries!
300% recommended! Now I even want to buy a motorbike in Singapore!

I will come back mate, next time we do a proper and longer road trip with camping at night!

Unforgettable Bike Trip to Mount Bromo! The guys speak good English and have many different Bikes. My Honda CRF 150L was 250k per day, was in a perfect condition and had a wonderful sound. There are no mirrors and Indicators on the bike to lower the costs in case you have a crash! Love it!!! You can rent gloves, boots and protectors as well or book a guide with them.

Awesome riding experience with Uphi! Bikes are well maintained and pretty new. Boots, pads, and shirt provided. Highly recommended! Some riding experience neccesary.

My best day of my trip so far, and it was all down to MOTO East Java! Dirtbike was the perfect way to experience Bromo. Great advice from the staff and they were extremely accommodating after some last minute changes to the plan. I hope to back!

Wonderful expedience with the motor cross ride down south Yi O visit a waterfall and the beaches. I had the CRF and the ride was excellent. The staff was helpful and informative. My first motor cross experience was memorable!

We went for a ride to Mount Bromo with Uphi and had an incredible time. The ride was so much fun I can’t even put it into words. The scenery is ever changing from city, to riding along sugar cane fields to up through mountain villages and down into the sea of sand made from volcanic ash arriving at Mount Bromo Volcano. Once in a lifetime experience for sure. We cannot say enough good things about Uphi and Moto East Java. 10/10 would recommend. Uphi also put in extra effort to help us with travel plans for our next destination and we are so grateful.

Really straight forward renting a trail bike from these guys to do the Bromo waterfall loop. The bike was in good condition with no mechanical issues.
