A very serene and cozy place in the heart of the city. The trees and all the greens are what makes this place feels so calm, the music is also not loud which is a good thing and more importantly the foods are really good. Tried the grilled chicken and the beef patty, it was well seasoned, big portion and tasty.
The downside of this place is probably the availability of the parking area and the accessibility, recommended to use online ride rather than bringing your own vehicle since the parking is only for motorcycles. It’s also quite hard to find the cafe since there seems to be no sign at the front. Other than that, 10/10 would love to visit this place again.

A tranquil space suitable for working from cafe, with a calm atmosphere that promotes productivity without including drowsiness. While the prices for food and becerages may not be budget-friendly for students or those living away from home, but the deliciousness pf the food justifies the cost
Additionally, the mineral water is refillable. One unique feature is the bathroom, which utilizes a skylight.

The food was very good, I really liked the ambience as well. I wish the service was a bit better though

Good vibes cafe. The only constraint is hard to fine car parking here. So my suggestion if you wanted to come here, just bring motorcycle or public transportation.

A hidden cafe deep inside Karangbesuki neighbourhood. Motorcycle parking is at the backyard of this cafe, enter through the small alley next to this cafe. I don't recommend you to bring your car, since they don't have any proper parking for cars.

They have tropical-industrial decoration, really like cafes in Canggu, and the coconut tree there really fits with the vibe. They sell mainly non-alcoholic drinks, but they provide cold beers as well. Kinda pricey if it's compared with any other cafe in Malang, but still reasonable. Definitely a must visit if you have an occasion in Malang.

Unique ambience with a hint of archaic vibe. Reasonable price, all menus that we tried was delicious. Nice place to hang out. The place was a bit difficult to reach though.

A pleasant hidden gem away from the city, you can spend hours in this place while enjoying one or two servings of the best tasting Tahu Cabe Garam ever (if you're not ordering that, you're truly missing out.)

They also have quality 'menu oetama', consists of 3 choices of heavy meals, Spaghetti Ayam (spicy spaghetti with chicken in sweet sauce), Patty Platter (extremely tender inside but crispy outside beef patty with tomato sauce), and Nasi Ayam (not in the picture sadly.)

Drinks are tasty but they're too sweet to my liking, though we didn't order much, so might come here again and will try other drinks. Oh, by the way, drinking water is free flow here, which is neat.

Service is very nice too, they will gladly explain to you about the menu, since a lot of the drink names are using specific Sanskrit language.

Verdict: definitely will come again / 10

Found this hidden gem in the center of Malang, I recommend here using motorcycle bcs the narrow street. The food is so tasty with the average price. Very worth to try🤤😍😍

the place is nice, comfortable and cool (although outside's air is hot). unique, because there are different 'menu oetama' (main course) every day, and of course delicious!

Love the cheese cream topping on my drink, I was order special coffee from them. My friends orders matcha & thai tea, with special topping cheese cream. And also one of my friend order long black coffee. The place is so artsy! Don't worry about the price, its save for University students.

You're looking for a beer house, but all you can find here in this city are the ones that's super noisy and filled with loud music? Look no further!

Roemah Kantja is a very quaint place located inside a small alley inside another small alley (alleyception, if you will). Getting here is certainly an adventure. Inside, you will be greeted by warm yellow lights, low chairs and desks, and a simple menu consisting of beers, burgers, and pastas.

Their beer selection is not to be scoffed at, the place is small and humble, but their beer selection definitely doesn't disappoint. Their burgers is a bit on the standard side, as it's not too special in terms of texture or taste, but it's a wonderful addition.

Their snacks are okay, I would recommend their 'Tahu Cabe Garam', a vegetarian dish consisting of crispy fried tofu that's seasoned with salt and chilli, a great company for your beers.

The best of all, in my humble opinion, is their atmosphere. They're able to capture the calm and quiet nature of a small and hidden joint, and their music selection reflected this pretty well.

Definitely a great place to have a very chill beer session after work.

menoe oetama and darsiati is the best! fries and thai tea too! its good for hangout with friends or have a quality time fo your self. the atmosphere, the menus, the situation its really nice! they have outdoor and semi outdoor area, and have monthly mini workshop.

Such a good place to work on your homework, or just hang around with friends. I always come here after workout, perfect atmosphere to gain back my energy. Make sure you order "darsiati" trust me you won't regret it 👍
