All great. The hotel is brand new. You still can smell the new paint. The breakfast good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The tv channels are complete with tv cable channels. Please maintain the cleanliness of the hotel.

Lokasi MJ's hotel sangat strategis karena berlokasi sangat dekat dengan bandara, Rumah Sakit Siloam, dan juga Transmart Jambi.

Servisnya juara! Ada driver yg free bisa kita minta untuk jemput atau antar ke bandara. Room service nya juga juara! Makanannya cukup enak dengan harga yg affordable.

Sedikit yang saya kurang suka adalah ternyata tidak ada no smoking room di hotel ini. Sehingga saat saya datang, kamar saya maish bau rokok. Tapi pihak hotel sangat responsif menawarkan bantuan saat saya complain. Walaupun saya tidak bisa pindah kamar karena tidak ada kamar setipe yg kosong, tetapi akhirnya kamar saya disemprot agar tidak bau rokok lagi.

Room amenities cukup baik. Kondisi kamar juga tidak sempit. Water heater berfungsi normal tidak seperti kebanyakan budget hotel yang air panas nya seringkali hanya berfungsi sementara. Kamar mandi juga cukup luas.
