Nice place to stay, because there's a mall under besides the hotel

This hotel is exactly connect with the mall or I can say inside the mall..
Spacious hotel room and unique.. managed by Bencoolen group.
Clean..
But the the floor level inside the room is make me uncomfortable though they put different tile color for the awareness.
Going to the room after took the lift you may need to go down or up several stairs, which if you carry lots of item and exhausted really make u uncomfortable. Arrival u can ask the bell boy but when checked out, u had to carry your stuffs and go up/down the stairs then took the lift. However, the price is more reasonable compared to another hotel in the class.

Services, responses, and hospitality of the hotel staff were great.

Near Jambi Seberang, its Nice to spend at Night Here, near Mall, Great Choice.
Maybe 3rd Floor must Maintain AC Condition because its HOT this Lobby 3 Area

Comfortable spacious rooms on the 4thFl, cold aircon. Pleasant. Good service. À views for rooftop Cafe & resto. Location nearest mall alot to see. Close to Genta Arasy tower 🕌 icon Jambi kota seberang. Good views passed the icon Jambi bridge.

Very satisfied with their service, been there in 2018 for a workshop and back here for my wedding with all of my family member. So much thanks for all the staffs, surely back here in the future when I visit Jambi again. Got some good commentary and experiences from my family member as well and overall they are satisfied.

Located in the middle of Jambi City. Kind of old hotel but literally gold because they maintained it well. Affordable price and they have strong wifi and free shuttle to airport . Friendly staff. I love the breakfast menu as well. One thing i dont like is the housekeeping service that always delay their service. I experienced twice for make up room but they didn't clean the room immediately no matter you asked already!

Great old hotel, it just being renovated. Big room. Big bed. Clean room. Nice view from the restaurant balcony, you can see the icon bridges. Very close, Its just next to hotel. Awsome place of hotel near mall, easy to find food when you hungry at night.

At first i didn't aspect that this hotel was that good as the entrance was like not that impressing at all. However, when I reached the lobby suddenly the perception was destroyed. So, I check in and went straight to the room. The room. Also nice, spacious and tidy, hot waters good and my room was equipped with King's bed, so imagine only one person with wide space.. Hihii.. Oh, yeah.. Also the have open balcony at the restaurant, so you can enjoy the view's of river(don't know the name.. Hihii). Not that interesting view.. But boleh laaa... Overall, nice hotel and worth the experience.

I choose this hotel despite its old style. The view of Batanghari river can be enjoyed every morning with your breakfast.
And lets not forget its connected to WTC so you can grab anything you miss from your travel plan and it's few minutes from Gantalang Arasy, a landmark of Jambi, which gave me a goosebump everytime i walked on it.

A business hotel located in the center of Jambi City, just around the corner from Gentala Arasy Bridge, over Batanghari River.

One of the best budget stay in Jambi. Willtop is located next to a shopping mall, and got a direct access to it. It is also located to the iconic Jembatan Jambi. Rooms are very spcious, rustic ambience, the view from my window is fantastic, ammenities are standard. Breakfast is very standard, with extra toast and cereals. They got outdoor restaurant with a view of Jembatan Jambi which sooths the eye. Wiltop provides free airport shuttle services for its guest too.

This hotel is the best for you if you want to see gentala arasy bridge, because this hotel is near the gentala arasy bridge, maybe just 150m from the hotel. And beside the hotel have a big mall, that is WTC mall. So, if you want to go to see gentala arasy bridge, you should to go to this hotel for take a rest

The most comfortable and Cleanest place for staying i ever seen in Jambi. I love it.
