Flow Surf Store

Flow quickly became our favourite shop in Kuta. We purchased a couple new boards here after shopping around. We were able to try out a couple boards before purchasing as well. Their sales guy Cesar, who is super passionate about surfing and stoked on life in general always went out of his way to help us shop around. From suits, fins, wax, sunglasses, I can honestly say, everything I purchased in Kuta came from this shop.

I was looking for the right board for some longer period so I came to visit the shop few times to check their new and second hand boards. Every time I came in I got a very friendly and competent conversation about the boards and how to fit my needs. This finally led to me making the perfect decision in the end.

Great staff, great products! Baught my board there and the staff was really helfull :) My sister had to get some bubblewrap for her longboard and they offered us to bubblewrap it and pack it so it‘s reaey for the airplane.

After unsuccessful attempts at other places around Kuta I came here looking for some bubble wrap to protect my board for the trip home. To my surprise they had quite a bit on hand and were so kind to give me two layers for free, where an other shop wanted 50k for some torn scraps. They have an awesome selection of boards and sell natural zinc, which is a must buy if you don't have any yet. They also make a decent offer for your used surf board if you're looking to sell. Contrary to other reviews the staff seemed knowledgeable and motivated when I had some questions unrelated to bubble wrap :D

I was looking for a good zinc sunscreen and flipflops and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am more than happy with my purchase and can highly recommend the store!

Thanks so much for the fantastic advice and help. Mike sorted us out with 2 awesome Channel Islands boards and accessories (1 near new, 1 new). He went over and above to make sure we got what we needed and his prices were fair. After 15 years out of the water, the boards he sold us had us up and riding from day 1. Tried all surf stores and this is the best place in Kuta to rent a good board. Prices are reasonable, boards are best quality and good brands and taken care of. Staff was helpful and nice, if you are decent enough to understand that things don't work the same in Indo than in California...

This place has the best customer service I have had since arriving in Indo. The guy who I presume owns this joint is always there, he does a great job running this shop and an even better job tending to customers no matter what the need ! Cheers 🇨🇦
