Selesai bukber brg temen2 office mampir ke bag city, lebaran sebentar lagi & saya butuh koper baru utk mudik maka saya iseng lihat2 koper disana sembari cari refrensi utk membeli di marketplace. saat masuk ke store saya di sambut sgt hangat dgn senyum mas dan mbak karyawan disitu, awalnya saya tdk berniat membeli di offline store karna saya mendapat pelayanan baik dan ramah semua pertanyaan dijawab dgn bagus oleh mereka. membuat saya berubah pikiran utk membeli scr lgsg di offline store selain service excellent yang saya terima, saya pun mendapat banyak seperti penawaran promo disc dari credit card dan repair guarantee. great excellent!

By paying 150k service fee.
Without the guarantee card, each broken tire will be charged IDR 50k with waiting time around 6 months.

Definitely worst suitcase ever. 1 tahun beli setiap liburan hancur rusak. Warranty service also really bad. Customer service? 1 star service as well. Wont ever go back for this suitcase ever. Trash quality.
