Anno Bakery Salatiga

I fell in love at the first bite with their sus Taiwan. The choux is light and airy, more in the savory side which I like. If you get it right after it's freshly baked it's still has its crispiness which makes amazing combo with the cream filling. Its vanilla cream filling is soooo fluffyyyy, so light yet thick with mild sweetness. It tastes like whipped cream from milk cream but not as heavy as full whipped cream. It doesn't stick to your tongue and teeth at all, plus powdered sugar on top of the choux somehow gives christmas-y feeling lol. Anyway after I bought only 1 I immediately went back and bought six more. If you ever tried Beard Papa this tastes like lighter version of it. Highly reccommended! ✌

For my first visit I only bought a pizza bread and it was soft. Dont expect full topping or crispy crust, but it was decently nice for pizza bread. The other thing I bought were fried pastel with veggie filling, tahu bakso, fruit pie, and big dimsum. The fried stuff and pie were delicious, the tofu is the soft kind. But the dimsum is meh, too much flour, not juicy at all, not enough flavour.

The shop is small and with 4-5 customer it was already full 🥲 the majority of bread were not named on the display so I didn't really interested in them as customer tbh, that's why I only bought fried stuffs and pie. It would be better if they put some mouth watering name & description on each bread.

bisa dibilang toko kue terlengkap di Salatiga, terutama pilihan kue basahnya paling komplit. cake, roti, donat, dan jajanan pasar ada semua disini.
