Before going back to Poland, we need to pack our bikes and transport boxes to the airport - here, in VBike it is not a problem, just a contrary - packing bicycle stuff was never easier! Thank you guys, during our trip we both fell in love with Sumatra and its people, but you just raised the bar.

We needed a bike box and a quick fix, so we went to Vbike and were surprised with the best service and the most helpful staff who were willing to help in any way they could. Very knowledgeable, excellent work and they speak English perfectly! Worth the visit! Best bike in Sumatra!

Vbikes is the place to go if your in need of a bike shop in Padang, Sen is amazing so welcoming and friendly, he has good english too. We contacted him via WhatsApp and if he didnt have a particular part or item he would personally call other shops to help us find what we needed in particular tricky size inner tubes :)
He gave our bikes a quick service while we were there and wowee you just know he knows his stuff, i learnt some little tricks off him just by watching. He even bought us a little snack box full of fruit as it was Ramadan and he knew it is tricky for us to find food during the day.
