This place just blew me away. I never thought that Bogor has a place like this. My friend brought me here and I was so super impressed by the ambience of the place. This place made me reminisce on my grandparents’ village.

I ordered their nasi liwet ayam + sayur lodeh. I love the taste. It’s so delicious and fragrant!

I had a chance to have a coffee bar experience with Bapak Uji. He brewed the coffee and we had conversation about mindfulness.

I would love to pay a visit next time.

We happened to be passing by and decided to stop at this place. Upon entering, we were greeted by the faint sounds of Balinese gamelan music.

Walking along a rocky path, we arrived at the main building adorned with heart-shaped wooden pillars, rows of tables, and chairs partly crafted from old sewing machine tables. It was truly artistic!

We enjoyed manual brew coffee made from Garut and Toraja beans, accompanied by an afternoon snack of fried banana and tahu gejrot.

It was a perfect day, enhanced by the very friendly service. We look forward to returning someday!

This place is very homey. The staff there is very friendly and informative. We felt welcomed.
We ordered Pisang Goreng Sambal Roa and Tahu Gejrot and they're very nice.
We had to hike a little and it was a nice experience. They only have space for about 3 to 4 cars max, but enough space for motorcycles. The entrance is steep and I hope you're a good driver 😉
The coffee was delicious. There are many options to choose from. If you're not sure what to order, they will give you suggestions based on your preferences.
It was a nice afternoon date although we had to drive up there for about 1.5 hours each way. What a lovely experience.

I loovvvee visiting this resto since I love to eat in the middle of nature, exactly what kopi ranin is.

Despite the humidity of Bogor weather that made me feels uncomfortably sweaty, the ambience is really like you are visiting grandma house at the rural area. They keep it close to nature by setting everything in a wooden decoration. The food was okay, not that special but the coffee my husband love it. It is balance, not too sour and no too bitter.

They offer to serve our cup of coffee with some story telling on where the beans comes from and how it best served. We end up bring back home a 200gram rahayu coffee bean, their signature coffee.

I love that the restaurant have a clean toilet as well as a clean mushola to pray. I think next plan I will visit it on the afternoon so that I can sit outside in the tree table, to experience better the nature they offer.

It gives Rumah Nenek kinda vibes, comforting, cool breeze, quiet, kind waitresses, and most of all, good coffee!

Might visit this place again. I got the atmosphere, taste of foods and its coffee.. visited at 5 pm on good weather is the best time.

Don't forget to use mosquito spray because it was exposed directly with trees and outdoor area

I have been visited Rumah Kopi Ranin in different places.. Firstly in Jl Bangbarung, then moved to Indraprasta and now located near to IPB Dramaga.

I went to this place today after almost 2 (two) since Pandemic has no chance to visit it. As today was public holiday, almost all table were occupied. I got the best place to sit.. just beside the fish/lotus/stone stacking ponds.

I order manual brew V60 Arabica Garut Natural (30K) - love it very much, tubruk Arabica Enrekang (I think it was fully wash) 25K and Singkong goreng with sambal terasi (20K).
Rumah Kopi Ranin has many coffee beans from different places in Indonesia. 👍👍👍

Tips:
- Suggest to come on weekdays in the morning up to afternoon time. At night - it will be creepy 🤪😎 haha.
- Order V60 and choose natural coffee to get all flavors ❤👍
- If rainy, it may slippery. So please use the appropriate shoes/ sandals and bring umbrella with you.
- It may be challenging for eldery as there were stone stairs even not much.
- They have 2 parking area, you can choose.

The concept of this place is like a village in the old days. But the location bit tucked in behind main road and the access to this place is in a pretty bad condition (if you come from bogor forest) so you better come through the other side (from IPB).

You can dine here, they serve main course but the menu actually very limited.
I tried Affogato (40k) and White Tea (35k) here. It's allright, since you might come for the athmosphere, really.

The ambience is unrivalled. So cozy and peaceful. Diverse choices of menus (coffee and sorts). I'm not a big coffee person but they tasted as what I would describe as between very good and okay. Personally for me the big win is the place rather than the coffees. You'll enjoy doing your college assignments and business works here, or just sit back and enjoy the beauty of Bogor with a good book and a nice warm coffee.

Totally love it! The best coffee shop in town! You can sit indoor and outdoor. I would recommend a cup of black coffee while you are sitting on the bench outside, accompanied by a good book and rainy weather of Bogor, you just enter the heaven itself! They have a mini lib with good booms of food sovereignty as well. So you can enhance your knowledge while enjoying the coffee. Totally recommended!

Hidden Gem! Superb local coffee from curated plantation, laidback "kampoong" vibes! Super friendly staff, you can ask suggestions or just talking about coffee with them. Highly recommended!

Best place to chill and a cup of coffee.

Place is so natural with lots of trees surround.

Coffee was awesomely delicious and singkong goreng is a perfect match.

A place worth to visit if you a coffee lover and if you in bogor.

The price is average and very affordable, the place also can pay with debit card, so if you don't have cash not to worries.

Such a hidden gems.

Such a cozy and nice place for a short getaway. It takes more than an hour driving from Jakarta, but it is worthed to visit. Good ambience, good food, and good people there.

Today our cycling goes to Situ Gede, near to CIFOR and BOGOR AGRICULTURE INSTITUTE. Oh yea. Its Near from Setu Burung. The are are new, before thecoffee shop placed in Bantar Jati area.
We loved the place, the hood are so cozzy, you will loved to hanging more time you realize. The main menu are Indonesian coffee.
Today I tried Kepahiang arabica honey, its from Bengkulu farm. with V60 method, grind more fine than usual to get the body. Taste was so nice, and don’t forget the fried cassava too.
I suggested you to visit it when you come to Bogor

I really love this place, it was like we were eating in de middle of the forest, very quite, green, fresh, the owner was so friendly... i really like the concept if this caffee... fior sure will visit again

A break from the real world, a village-esque tranquility. The coffee is top notch, strong but no after taste. Their afogato is recommended along with their brown sugar latte. Their high quality white tea is just superb.

The hidden gem of Bogor. So in love with this place. Awesome scenery, awesome ambience, great staffs. This place gonna make you feel like where you belong. I felt grounded here, really.

If you need a place to 'stop' for a moment, and 'restart' your life, this is the best place to visit.
