Piltik Coffee and Homestay

I think Piltik has become a Siborongborong pride. It's quite small but has a clean, simple, cozy and modern feel. It's a must visit if you're in town. The owner is super friendly and caring. They take pride in using local produce and training local staffs. Usually the service in North Sumatera is often careless (if not rude) but I don't see that here in Piltik. All staffs are very friendly.

The minus part is somehow the mattress is not very steady. Maybe some people enjoy it but we don't.

Nasi goreng kecombrang is so so, but the one with Nila fish is awesome! We quite liked the tiramisu and ofcourse their coffee.

I hope I can visit here again.

Pricey, but definitely a good place for breakfast around here. Their Nasi Goreng Andaliman just ok but served with enough portion.

The place is very cozy, you would not realize there is such a serene place not far from the airport. Though they only have 5 homestay rooms, but it is suitable for families, friends to stay over, being closer to the nature. The owners are so kind. They also developing local communities as they source their cooking and baking materials from surrounding communities too. It's just 10 minutes from Silangit International Airport. Do come.

Great atmosphere and architecture, a hidden gem on Siborong-borong

We enjoyed our evening very much at Piltik coffee. The owners pak Edward and ibu Vera were so hospitable in hosting us. The meals served has its unique Indonesian flavor to it, taste very delicious. Sambal chili is awesome 👍

This place is really good. They served the best coffee in siborong-borong. The design of this place is really good too.
You must try this Piltik Coffee if you come to Siborong-borong.

Went there one night near Christmas time last year. There was no one else but us, a group of 6 adults and 2 infants. The ambience was peaceful. Sipping hot tea while eating delicious cakes in an open plan cafe was a pleasant experience i did not expect in such a remote place. Please note that they have very limited main course: only andaliman fried rice, which was delicious. The price is a bit pricey as well. But worth it, if you ask me. Keep up the good work!

The accommodation is reasonably priced, with good and friendly service, Piltik Homestay and Cafe deserves to be the top choice when we are in Siborongborong, while enjoying various kinds of flavored coffee choices. Enjoy Siborongborong.

I ordered nasi goreng andaliman ayam and its one of a kind nasi goreng with andaliman herb, which makes it a sour refreshing.

The most luxurious coffee shop in Siborong-borong, this place is so instagrammable. You must try nasi goreng (fried rice) andaliman with salted fish, its very tasty and unique quisine. and also Good coffee and good cookies.

Five-hour trip with car from Medan. Fifteen-minute trip with car from Silangit International Airport. Cozy homestay with hot water. Towel available but without toiletries. Famous coffee from Siborong-borong brewed here. Halal food served in the restaurant. Recommended for family!

This coffee shop is very nice. We can feel the cozy. The people there are very nice with everyone. It has delicious fried rice with andaliman (bataknese pepper), very aromatic and nice roasted coffee and.. this one is wonderful, it has rice fields view.

A very giod place to chill in the middle of nowhere.. good appetizers, and serious coffee.. there are also a himestay here at IDR350/night.. highly recommended
