Nice place to shop for bike and its parts. The employees are super kind and super helpful. The prices are surprisingly competitive. I was fooled by appearance of the store that looks so professional and sportly, but when I came in I just found out their prices are one of the cheapest among other bike shops. Must visit place to shop bike and its parts.

I was traveling around and decided to get a bicycle for myself so I checked this place out. They had a wide assortment of bicycle accessories for me to choose from, such as many different colored/shapes of helmets to favor my interest. The customer service was great too since I had the employee, Mella, as a guide to my entourage of the store. She also helped found a pair of gloves cause I wanted to have a better grip on the handles. There's much more other stuff like clothes and all. Thanks to this place I’m fully decked out on bicycle gear for a cheap price.

One stop shopping for bike enthusiasts looking for Polygon, Marin and Tern. Also a wide variety of spare parts and accessories such as bike helmet, jersey, gloves, shoes, etc. Big store, massive parking space, the price also reasonable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Nice service, many parts and bike choices, good mechanic crews, largest Rodalink store in Indonesia, not the cheapest but cheaper than most of good bike stores in Jakarta. The best Rodalink branch in Jabodetabek, period.

Good service, and georgeous place. It's kinda big showroom! And it has it's own service center. They also offer Bike full cleanup with just 100.000 rupiah.

Convenient Location and super helpful staffs!
A month ago i was looking for my first roadbike there, i got assisted by one of the staff named Arifin, he was very helpful and got plenty of knowledge about roadbikes. Arifin starts by checking the right frame size for my height and inseam, after that he asked which roadbike model that i want, unfortunately the one that i want was out of stock so i left my phone number and hoping it will be back in stock soon.

Luckily less than one week after, Arifin called me and tell that the bike was back in stock so i go there and purchased it. Thanks Arifin & Rodalink Serpong!
