I have an amazing experience in this store, especially on online transaction. After did some savings, I have preference to buy the specific road bike. However, this time I want to buy from an authorized dealer. Yes I have some road bike in the past, but now really want to buy from the dealer due to warranty. In other words, this is my 1st time buying a roadbike from authorized dealer.

To be honest, before I end up with Gun2Bike, I already did engagement from other authorized dealer. But what? Gun2 Bike have the most-responsive feed back compare to the other stores. Thanks to the representative who has very good engagement, I need to mention her name is Putri Anitasari. A hat-off and sincerely appreciation towards her. Not only the engagement, the level of product knowledge is really something. Also, the stock information is always update. Not to mention that she always looking a good solution to my specific requirement, i.e.: method of payment, package expedition, etc. The level of customer-focused was really good. With this kind of action to customer, I felt beyond satisfy.

i have been to lots of bicycle shops in this country and i can confidently say that gun2 bike might be the largest bicycle shop in Indonesia. they have amazing collection of bicycles!! this is one of the place that you should first come whenever you are looking for bicycle / parts!
