Wow. This city is bad for me. Cake shops all over the place but this is one of the best. Always full of locals so that is a good sign. And the coffee is good too :)

Best bakery in town, they have breads, cookies, cakes and even netherland-style cookies and bread. They also have the "roti kenari", toasted bread saluted with sugar and local peanut.

Meski sekarang sudah banyak gerai roti bermunculan di Kota Ambon, namun roti produksi Pabrik Roti Sarinda punya penggemar fanatik, terutama untuk tiga produk rotinya: Roti Kaya, Roti Ling Ling dan Roti Kaya. Banyak warga Ambon yang kini menetap di kota besar lainnya di Indonesia, membeli ketiga roti tadi sebagai oleh-oleh. Bahkan ada yang membawanya sebagai oleh-oleh ke Negeri Belanda.
