Kakiang Garden Cafe

Brought here for dinner by local friends, and I'm surprised that a beautiful place like this exists here in Ubud. This garden cafe truly stands out in terms of selection and price. Unlike in the town area, things here are very reasonable and quite good.

My dinner was simple with a main course and desserts, seating outdoors among the plants. Service can be improved a bit as they take time to attend when you use the call button. Overall, it was a very good experience and, most importantly, reasonable, nice, and quiet. Lots of parking, too.

Got here because Tegallalang was raining before and honestly this is a nice place to do your project here discussing and brainstorming because in this place u will see a lush green garden which when the rain fall it looks so mesmerizing and relaxing ☘hihi the food also great here they have a plenty of delicious dessert and beverages ✨

This one is the best for atmosphere and freshness. Local people favorite place. Very nice selection of seats in airconditioning as well.
Prices are on the high side. Please stop charging people for regular water.

Super delicious and not sweet sweet desserts. The crepe cake was so good. We had the tirimisu. Also took home a creme puff and chocolate tart. Both were also really good and not super sweet. The garden was a nice place to sit and enjoy our dessert. Service was good too

My first impression when I first came there was that the place was very comfortable, and as the name implies, "garden". The food and drinks are pretty good and refreshing followed by reasonable prices.For the staff who work there, all friendly, I'm happy. So I will plan to come back there soon.

Very good layout and interior design for whole building. You can either try cakes, breads with coffee or other drinks for relaxing.
Moreover, Eastern and Western flavors with big portion make you feel satisfied all the time at economical expense.
You can also try cakes or other 🍨 with soft drinks to spend your time any day.
All stuff are friendly and professional, waiting to help and serve you. A good place for friends and families hangout at free time. Enjoy it.

Very recommend!!! This place is one of my favorite restaurant in Ubud area. It’s a pretty place, cute decoration, very spacious, its good for family or group or for your “me time”. They have various italian and western menus, various type of cake and drinks.
We tried the chicken salad, and it’s was the best salad ever! You should come here if you’re in Ubud!

Nice café to get away from the crazy hustle and buzzle of Ubud.
Location: It’s about at 3-4 min drive north of Dewa supermarket, probably walkable – but not pleasant.

There are two outdoor & two indoor areas, each serving a different clientele (outdoors roadside, indoors AC, etc) I personally like the AC area in the middle… although it can be a bit distracting by the staff that’s congregating and chatting at the kitchen counter in front of the sliding door.

Coffee is good and the pastries too. Not a Michelin star place, but definitely worth a visit.
A big plus is the good WiFi and that you can pay by credit card without a minimum amount or surcharges.

I will definitely return to Kakiang Garden Café!

Visited this place when am in Ubud area. The place is really recommended for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The place is cozy and you will spend your time alot in this place. The food is good and the price is matched to the taste. Tried their Chicken Salad and seasonal Dragon Fruit juice are so tasty!

The outdoor eating area is amazing!! It feels very spacious. The staff are amazing and attentive. The food was really good size portion, and a decent price to. I highly recommend the tiramisu crêpe cake!

So exciting to eat here. I love the cakes, the bakery and the chicken wings 😍 and also for the cafe itself. It sooo cozy especially when you eating for dinner.

This is Bakery with garden spot. You also can order for food such pasta pizza, and drink coffee. The place is good since they have several outdoor garden seating, homey indoor and some two personal seating. They also have 2nd floor for 8 to 10 pax booking (maybe). Cake is good coffee also good. But the price quite expensive because they charge 15% for tax. Dont worries for parking, they have quite big space for car and bike. Worth to try. hopefully not so crowded when you come 😊

A restaurant that is rich in concepts, from luxury style, vintage to garden style ,,, food also varies at affordable prices, for tastes 1 to 10 I gave 9. Friendly and professional staff,, easy to find the location, very spacious parking and comfortable ,, besides that for wheelchair users it is possible here if it's not raining, as there is a table on a flat floor in the garden

What a live find this was...superb variety of desserts...good coffee and a great menu. Planning to visit for dinner soon. The ambience was really cozy and warm even though it's a big place...staff was sweet and helpful.

A very instagrammable cafe💞 it had many area with different theme and it's all lovely. Foods are also tasty. I had beef hamburg & it's the bomb😍 love it so much. Coffee are so so. Dessert & Pastry are really cheap. I had cream puff & the cream is a lot.

One of my fav restaurant in Ubud. It's affordable and comfortable place. And the food are delicious with the right amount/ portion. My family love it too. They are also bakery, so you can imagine the selection of sweet treats they have after you finish your meal! Pastry, doughnuts, cakes... You name it. Parking is very very big space at the back of the restaurant. Service very good n staff friendly and helpful ❤. Coffee is very nice too. Price is affordable. Their chicken Kiev Always the winner for me

Artistic in Japanese style but they combine it with local design, too. Need pastry? Need grab bite, need place to hang out? Need place to eat? No worries. This place serve all of your need.

Park space? For 10-15 cars or more.
Pastry? One of the best with unique design added with great packaging also.
Taste? Yummy.

Super cute cafe, bakery, and shop in Ubud. Food and dessert were both great. They offer a mostly Western-type menu with other cultural influences- sandwiches, a burger, pizzas, pastas, some noodle and rice dishes (and decent chicken dumplings), and maybe a sushi roll?
Service was friendly, but very slow and inattentive, even at closing time. I'm starting to think that's cultural. Had I not been so tired and eager to get to bed, it wouldn't have been a problem. Because of that I'll still give five stars, but I think 4.5 is probably closer to accurate. I'd highly recommend!
