I ordered a carrot cake for my boyfriend via WhatsApp. The cake was exactly what was asked for, the taste was delicious, and even delivered to the hotel. The cost was very reasonable especially for the size and quality of it. Communication was also top notch from beginning to delivery.

Worst customer service. Doesn't make your cake even after you confirm but she says you didn't confirm. Then gives you long estimates on cakes being made and even takes longer than expected date. Sometimes can take days to answer. Honestly go somewhere else
