The current owner is the second owner, who fortunately transferred this ready-made business from the first business founder. The storefront business offers a wide range of hardware tools and building materials, all at a barely reasonable price. The only plus point is that no need to run around looking for all the basic materials needed for a building or workshop, saving time and effort. The only shortcoming is that the young female boss in the store has a somewhat unfriendly attitude towards customers wih the floating selling price that is not quite up to standard, need a strong bagaining skills from buyer, which damages the basic way of doing fair business and treats people.
