Ananas Cake & Bakery

I think Ananas Cake & Bakery is one of favorite place to have tea time in Manado. This place signature dish : fried banana with spicy roa-roa chili sauce (sambal roa-roa, also known as a sauce made from roa-roa fish). Signature dessert : Red bean iced with avocado and durian. Really taste very delicious, made your discussion with your friends or relations become more intense.

The desserts are the best. Love the 'gohu' (young papaya salad), es kacang merah, and 'soes' (cream puff)

The right place if you want to try the local traditional cuisine from Manado like tinutuan, skipjack noodle, and fried banana

Not just they sell cake & bakery, they also sell Manadoneese Food such as Tinutuan (Manado Poriedge), Cakalang Noodle (Noodle with shredded Cakalang Fish and vegetables), Fried Banana, Nasi Campur (Rice with lots of different added food like fish, chicken, veggies, etc)
And do not forget about the Es Brenebon Durian Alpukat😘😍😘😍😘

And many other dishes. Just try for your self.

And they have out door tables. And sometimes they have life music.
And yeah, the indoor have AC.
And wifi

And for the price, I would say its not cheap, but its not expensive either.

This cake & bakery shop have many choices for local Manadonese delicacies e.g. Klappertaart, Lalampa, Panada, Lampu-lampu, Apang, Balapis, etc. with good taste. In the next door of this bakery, have restaurant which serve local food e.g. Tinutuan (Manadonese Vegetable Porridge), yellow rice, anchovy fritters, etc.

We had the bakso, tinutuan, fried rice, and some ice drinks. All were delicious. Definitely would go back.
