Initially, I wanted to survey Chinese cellphones at the Planet Gadget Samsung service center. Because the need was not urgent, every cellphone counter was explored, asked if they wanted to find a cellphone according to the specifications they wanted.

Well served by staff regarding questions and answers about advantages, functions of mobile phones. Everything is explained clearly and in detail... Now the desired cellphone is available, but the color is not as expected. Finally, I said, look for it in another branch first, if you have the goods, contact me.

A few days later, I was contacted by the salesperson, his position was at the Planet Gadget Teuku Umar branch, yes, in the same row as yesterday's place. The new cellphone is opened, see the color, load card and a brief explanation of how to use it, etc.

Inside this building, there are also many cell phone counters from various brands and product display units and accessories. We feel comfortable here. This is the stuff we take home !!

I was accompanying my friend to buy phone here, and the staff were very helpful and can give you all information you need and also my friend got a gift from the promotion here.
The things i can suggest is they can provide a free mineral water for customer haha, so customer can still drink while waiting for installing their new phone.
