This Adidas Originals store is a fresh upgrade in Medan. Those collections are more street-casual style and is expected from a Adidas Originals store.

But, one important issue to highlight is that I’m quite disappointed with their staffs, they are so unfriendly and seemed like they have no passion to market the products. And note this, when I asked for a new pair, you guys can’t fool me by showing me the old one from the display rack as the ‘new’ one, I know the difference.

Hey, store manager, you need to give more training on customer service for your staffs. Thank you! 😁

Layanan yg ga niat, beli ga beli itu beda cerita, tapi sebagai karyawan store apa lagi mewakili merek adidas, layanan masih bs kalah sama foot locker, berarti ini rekrutmenn dan proses training dan QC gagal total. Mau tes 1 psg sepatu aja di lempar ke staff sini sana, kyk ga niat. Memalukan aja utk adidas, staff brengsek
