Dear Sir/Madam,
It is with great regret that I have to receive the details regarding your very unsatisfactory experience I had as a consumer of Alfamart at Silkwood Residence branch today on 31st October 2021.

On 31st October 2021, I came to your Branch at Silkwood Residence, I purchased a gallon of water and requested for the delivery service that they usually served. Unfortunately, my request wasn’t processed correctly, as a result of a rejection from your employees since today’s orders were too much, he said. Frankly, this is unacceptable and I am disappointed that I now have to take additional time and effort trying to resolve this issue. I have to lift the empty gallon and the filled one on my own (It is on the 12th floor).

I fully understand that mistakes can happen, still there were 4 employees on that day (2 young men and 2 young ladies) and none of them would like to help me.

I would appreciate it if you could reprimand your employees on that day and make sure this kind of mistake will not happen again.
