When it all starts looking the same in those shopping areas where everyone else is going, you veer off the beaten path a bit and step in to this gem of a shop. You immediately know you’re somewhere special…

The space is bright, airy, and warm with great music. Then you discover pieces here that no one else has. And for incredibly reasonable prices. The shop is color coordinated— which I love. And the best part? Nana :)

The owners of this boutique are fortunate to have this woman. She is exceptionally warm and engaging; never pushy. She gives truly honest feedback and goes above and beyond to help you with such ease, joy, and humility. My experience with Nana was more akin to working with a “personal shopper” than that of a traditional retail experience. She made my time there feel special. She made ME… feel special. Taken care of. Important. And like she was genuinely happy I was there.

A lot of nice clothes with nice price

I am disgusted with the girl in the Canguu store. I bought back a shirt clearly faulty and she refused to exchange it because I had it for 5 days . She made up lies about what I may of done. It was faded on the shoulder and the button fell off . She said I should have noticed or bought it back in 24 hours. I didn’t want a refund . I had the receipt . Absolutely disgraceful. Have spent hundreds there but never again

The shirt clearly has faded marks on the shoulder which I couldn’t see when I tried it on originally. A button was also loose and when I put it back in the bag it actually fell off. When I put it on to wear, I cut off the tag and my sister noticed the faded mark.
I didn’t want a refund. I love the shirt and just wanted one that wasn’t damaged. What upset me was the sales person was so rude and accused me of things I didn’t do. She said I probably had it laundered. I was only in Bali for one week so didn’t have anything laundered.!!! My sister and I spend hundreds of dollars at your Umalas store and we wanted to spend more at the Canguu store so we walked out very upset. I am back in Australia and have worked in retail for 20 years and we would ALWAYS exchange (or refund) a clearly faulty product with receipt after 5 days !! We didn’t go back to Umalas store because we knew we got the last one. That’s why we went to Canguu store. I found every other store assistant in Bali very friendly. So it was a shame this girl was so rude and yelled at my sister and I .
