My favorite grocery store in Bali. The highest quality, healthiest goods. Everything I’ve gotten from here is delicious! Sustainable, healthy, with very kind staff!

Alive is my favorite healthy food store in Canggu. I always go there to get my organic fresh fruits, vegetables and a lot of other good things. I am also obsessed with the coconut yogurt and the chia pudding. If you are in Canggu or Umalas you should definitely go and visit.

Great place to get herbs, nuts, bulk teas and other items, and organic foods. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can also order through GoJek but you would then miss seeing all the other products.. They have daily specials and a membership club.

I'm so grateful to have found this amazing shop! I'm on a plant based diet and am trying to avoid pesticides, so this place is my go to. They have organic produce, fresh squeezed juices in glass bottles, fresh coconut water, natural products, and so many things I can't find anywhere else in Bali. Everything is very reasonably priced for what you're getting.

They also have herbs, nuts, grains, and spices in bulk, so you can buy only the amount you need. I used to live close by but recently moved to the Legian area and am so thankful they deliver.

Bonus- the staff are the kindest, most beautiful people! When I ordered some herbs today and mentioned I was feeling 'off', they wrote the nicest note on my package! I'm feeling a lot better already, thanks for the good vibes!

PS - Once I alerted them of an item that had gone bad, although the expiration date had plenty of time left. They pulled the entire batch from the shelves and immediately contacted the manufacturer. You are in good hands here.

I knew this shop during my first visit to Bali just after pandemic. 3 months later we moved to Bali. Since then this shop is always in my list to get my organic products. Great shop, I love their fresh produce. The shop assistance are kind and always smiling. Many choices of legumes and nuts. I love it.

Such a wonderful market and by far my favorite in Canggu! I go here nearly everyday to pick up snacks, treats, kitchen essentials, and/or health and wellness necessities. I love the sustainability dynamic that they have with minimal packaging and lots of dried fruits, nuts, spices, and grains that you can transfer to your own containers (or buy containers in store). Seriously one of my favorite places in Bali!!

I was so happy when I found Alive wholefood! I had been to a supermarket and could not find any of my needed groceries as a vegan. I drove past Alive and my face lit up, with the hope they had my necessaries! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE!

I love the Alive Wholefoods Stores and get almost all my groceries there. They have a huge selection of super fresh and organic fruits and veggies, nuts, seeds, spices, and also a lot of healthy packaged foods. I think it's the store with the biggest variety of gluten-free products, which is important to me too. So I can get everything I need in one store. They also have a small shelf with non-chemical beauty and wellness products which I love as well. Thank you to the very friendly and always helpful staff! See you soon! :)

I LOVE THIS PLACE. It is the most indulging yet affordable shopping experience. They have such fresh and healthy ingredients, and always something new and exciting to try. I love the smoked tofu, the hummus, and the fresh baked bread as my weekly staples, but also love the loose grains and seeds. And it's cheaper than the big chain supermarkets!

found this little store in Umalas, and right away fall in love with the products, services & of course the people. I don't really understand the difference between spices, and the staff REALLY helpful, handy and friendly! For those of you, who are looking or the organic fresh products, helpful staff, keeping yourself healthy, this is a best place to visit. Tips for coffee lover: try their vegan white cold brew is a must! 🤤

One of my favourite shops in Bali. The best variety of healthy, "clean" food, natural cosmetics and supplements. I especially love their own produce, i.e. hummus, choco paste, nut butters, etc. It is a little bit pricier than other eco shops, but you literally can buy everything you need from salt to grassfed beef, from veggies to colloidal silver in one place.
Alive Wholefoods also has a very nice loyalty program. You get points with every purchase and then you can spend it to get a 10% discount. You can collect points by buying goods, as well as returning empty jars. Sustainability is the key! I would highly recommend this place! Alive, thank you for making my life in Bali easier and more pleasant =)

It’s so good to have Alive near our place. As a healthy concious, Alive offer only the products we are looking for so we don’t need to read the ingredients one by one. They only offer the organic, healthy, non chemical, non sugar with reasonable price. I also love the gluten free brown bread which made from banana flour. They often offer 50% off for various items.

Lovely shop with a lot of nice food options. You can find everything you need for cooking, snacking, becoming healther!

I loooove Alive and am so happy that there’s a branch in Umalas, right by our house! I get a lot of bulk produce there and the kids love their selection of yummy and healthy snacks (biscuits, cereal bars, rice cakes…). Great range of frozen food too, we’re big fans of the gelato and the seafood skewers. Yum yum! Oh and the regular discounts and Tuesday/Thursday happy hours are a great little extra, especially for those like us who stay here long term. Thanks Alive!
