Hotel Arcadia

The meal here is something to be tried definitely. It was an awesome experience. You will have to wait for 10to15 mins before being served and also there is a waiting time too if you are going in for lunch . This place is almost packed . But its worth the try. 👍

A great place to stay. Whatever you need it is all around the hotel within a few metres. Excellent service

Aside from some bad reviews regarding the service, I found out the service was good actually and proper.
Cons:
1. they serve the same breakfast items everyday 😖.
2. Wi-Fi is terrible, they keep changing the password everyday and was not stable. They took quick respond to my complaint, and gave me a mobile modem which was really appreciated.

Staff are polite and will try to accommodate your needs when you tell them.

It was a great experience and great food.

A very pleasant place to Stay and very close to Kottayam Railway station 💯 stayed there for two days. Staffs treated us very well. Would choose Acardia again if planning for Kottayam 😁💯🙌🏻

My stay at Arcadia was simply good. When I reached the property location, I did not have much expectations, the checkin process was normal and uneventful.

However, the rooms were very clean, well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. Room service was good. However the food tasted a bit salty.

Breakfast was till 10:30 and I was a late and the restaurant closed. To my surprise, the restaurant manager went above and beyond her duty to make some calls and personally delivered the food to my room. Having stayed at a lot of hotels, I never had such an experience and this really took me by surprise. I usually do not give 5 star reviews but this one is special.

The hotel is located close to the KSRTC bus stand and has an auto-taxi stand nearby. Railway station is just 10 mins away.

Overall this is a good place for family or business stay.

I loved both the in-house dining hall and the common restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was really good and value for money. The place is close to the KSRTC bus stop, making it easy for travelers to use this neat and clean restaurant along with their restrooms..

Arcadia Restaurant is one of my favorite if not the favorite place to go to for lunch time Kerala Meals. I have been a dedicated fan of their food since 2002. Oh my God the taste of almost all the curries included in the meals are mesmerizing. We often buy a fish fry or a beef fry as side dish to the meals.
The fish curry served along with the non-veg meals is top notch.
If it was up to me I would have the non-veg meals every day of the year from Arcadia.
Thank you guys for the amazing food.

Best place to stay with family's & friends, big spacious rooms, good staffs.

Great rooms and service. There is a game room, a pool, a rain dance floor and a small park to spend time at. The view is amazing and food is so good. To get all this at this price is astonishing.

We are regular visitors to their skybar. Ambience is great. Service even better. The staff treat us very specially since we visit there so often. I even got a surprise birthday cake from one of their staffs.

Good Non vegetarian Hotel and Restaurant. You can have a non veg fish curry, Beaf Fry, Fish Fry, Fish peera, avial, thoranum etc Noon meal in a good cozy restaurant.
A speciality is lift facility is available for old people, and who have knee problems

Excellent Buffet Lunch with plenty of Dishes, both veg and Non-veg and I used to visit monthly once in Arcadia hotel with family. Very Tasty and authentic Kerala dishes too. Worthy enough for Rs.500/- per person

The hotel has a good location in the heart of Kottayam town. Excellent ambience and supportive staff. We had visited the sky bar, which was just lovely. Good food and cocktails, excellent service. A good place to relax.
