Awesome spot and highly recommended. Peaceful and vibrant spot which lets you enjoy the beauty and originality of the place. Rooms are very well appointed along with great facilities. The cigar lounge is a great one to visit with lovely sunsets

The resort offers an impressive variety of food, catering to diverse tastes with both local and international cuisines. The services are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist, enhancing the overall experience. However, one downside is the security personnel, who lack proper training in guest relations, which can be off-putting. Improvements in this area would make the stay even more pleasant.

With family visiting and only a few days left for their return, we wanted to squeeze in a one-night stay at a destination that’s easy to reach and offers maximum relaxation.

Marari and Kumarakom were the main contenders regarding location, and Taj Kumarakom (which seemed a no-brainer considering my affinity towards Taj properties) and CGH Marari topped the list. However, a few Google searches later, we added Zuri Kumarakom and Coconut Lagoon to the list.

On seeing the website and reading reviews, I zeroed in on Zuri Kumarakom, hoping not to be disappointed as I was moving away from my usual choice. I am happy that the Zuri exceeded my expectations on almost all counts.

We reached the hotel a little after check-in time and got warmly greeted. The first thing I noticed in the lobby was the Kathakali figurines, the architecture and the calming sounds of the flowing water that helped us to relax instantly.

I found the property well-maintained, offering some of the most exquisite views of the Vembanad Lake. Our lagoon-facing room was large, pleasant and well-maintained, and it was easy for my parents to get around in the comfortable budgies.

I especially enjoyed my walks from the room to the restaurant, admiring the rich flora and reading about the different species of trees. The figurines near the lobby, the Buddha statues, the elephants at the pool area, the bridge and the lagoon - all added to the overall character of the resort, providing a mini haven to nature lovers like me.

Dinner at the all-day dining restaurant was satisfying, with the sounds of nature giving us company. The staff paid attention and accommodated our requests. A special mention goes out to Ravi, who was constantly by our side, providing personalised attention.

But what truly made the stay special was the backwater cruise organised by the hotel at an economical rate that elevated our experience at Zuri. Since we were staying with kids, the paddle boat and other outdoor activities were fun.

Though just a one-night stay, the Zuri contributed towards happy memories for the entire family, and I am glad I chose to stay here. I hope to be back again for a longer stay soon.

I absolutely loved Zuri especially their service. I was very happy with the stay and the food. I recommend Zuri if you are looking for an escape for hustle bustle of life.

Loved loved the blueberry cheesecake, kulcha and chicken curry. Arjun and Anjali were very cordial. I loved the fact that there were so many side dishes other than the dishes we ordered. Overall, an amazing experience 😊

Calm and quiet place. Beautiful location, chirping of birds in the mornings. Lovely serene place where you can spend minimum of a week to ten days.

We had a great stay at Zuri Kumarakom to celebrate our Mother's birthday. We were a family of 5 adults and 4 kids. Property is very beautiful and excellent service. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Rajagopal , Manager Zuri hotel for arranging the best stay and the chef for designing the beautiful cake for birthday celebration as per our request . All together we had a great experience. Only improvement which I suggest is on the food menu, to include a few more options for kids.

Zuri remains close to heart for the wonderful experience we had at our college renionThe pricing, the room, food, the ambience,the courteous staff.. all add to the memorable 3 day stay. Visited their restaurant for my wife's birthday celebration. Lovely place with amazing food n good service. Their Executive chef was amazing who personally surprised us with a complementary cake n song by staff. Truly memorable !!

Except for food I liked everything. Be it location, surroundings landscaping backwater experience houseboat hotel' hospitality.

Beautiful Resort property spread over 18 acre and human made lake at the centre which connects to the nature lake. You end up walking in nature a lot, also they have buggy to-from reception & room.
Rooms are quite spacious and the bathroom needs a special mention with a regular shower with bath tub and shower in open yard under nature (private only)

extremely welcoming people, and great service . I loved the fact they maintained an eco system by not using unnecessary pesticides.

Food is quite average, we stayed there for 3 days but being served hot fresh food but always ended up being average in taste.
They serve tea by lakeside in the evening that was quite good.

We went on a backwaters tour in a houseboat, it was amazing.

I would recommend staying in Zuri and experiencing the nature & ambience.

Amazing resort. Very clean and amazing service. Views with lake and transport.

We were booked here for a night. When we got there we were greeted very warmly with arthi and chando and coconut water. We were taken to our room. I noticed that we had coffee and tea but powered milk. I asked if I could get some milk for the tea. I was told sure but later got a bill for 240 rupees. Wasn’t impressed with this. Breakfast was amazing and service. Just wish I would have been told about the milk charge.
