The ambience and aesthetic of the gym is great and the trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Good climate control and clean space.
Would definitely recommend for newcomers and gymbros alike.

Never thought I would like to "train" in a gym but Gold core has completely changed my mind and transformed my body!! I came there 3 months ago and after seeing the fit and smiley crew walking in , I decided to give a gym routine a go. The trainers at gold core offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out. I'm still running, but now I feel much stronger all-around and feel like part of the Gold Core family - thank you Gold core,,,
