Rooms are good. But the corridor smells smoke 🚬 they provide the rewuired amenities at this place and they have restaurants and bars in the building

Stayed with family for a night here. Booked a non-smoking room but room had cigarette smell. Booked at the last moment and still got a good deal.

Courteous front desk and staffs. Food quality was good for the price you pay, but quantity was less.

Will stay at this place when I visit Kottayam again.

Neat rooms.. Had a very good sleep.. Complimentary breakfast was good. Good customer service.. Only concern is reaching the hotel through the crowded and narrow road

Areas for improvement:
limited vegetarian options in the restaurant for vegetarians.

News paper can be provided in the room.

Complimentary BF can be thought of.

While in-room tea/ coffee facility is provided, only small two packets of milk powder is given per day, which cannot be adequate for even a half cup of coffee. Similarly only one bottle of drinking water is provided a day. Not sufficient for a double occupancy.

This used to be the place where I first took my girlfriend for a date as Kottayam at that time of morning didn't have enough cafe's to go around.. They used to give us ample privacy while having breakfast and the service there was amazing.. Though my story had a tragic ending, this place did bring a smile on my face..

Food was great. The service was excellent. I went for lunch and the food came out hot and fresh. I got the rice and curries lunch meal (oonu). Everything was delicious. The karrimeen was excellent. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are clean. They do have a bar on site but in a different area. I recommend this restaurant highly.

Sorry Sir, I don't want to argue, my review is honest and my own experience, the Biriyani rice was too hard to chew and Sambar was not fresh, whoever replied have you ever tasted the food from the hotel kitchen...

It is a awesome hotel. So much value for the money and everything we got here is the best. We can explore and even I feel to stay here for a week it is so much economic and cost effective that I recommend everyone who is coming to kottayam to stay over here.

Very neat,spacious and tidy rooms...biriyani here is simple and very tasty...more than meals i always opt biriyani here..parking is available.even if parking is full,staff wl tc of d same and park.staff are very much coprtv and goid behaviour

I've been here more than just a couple times. Food served feels very homely and hospitality and service is just amazing. Very feiendly and not always that busy.

One of the best ambience. Complementary breakfast was good. Flexible check in and out timings. Receptionist did arrange for an local tour when asked.
