Mr. Krishna Shastri was known as a very learned man living in Dharwad. Through the introduction of Shri Brahmananda, he was favored by Shri Gondawalekar Maharaj. Shri Gondawalekar Maharaj gave two rupees as prasad to him. Once he took grain worth two rupees from a woman who always came to the door and promised another day as there was no money around at that time. The amount could not be arranged until the lady came the next day. Shastribuva took it as he could not fulfill the promise and had no choice but to pay the rupees for worship. At one point, the postman came and gave a receipt for his work as an examiner for the Pune Veda Shastratotejak Sabha. It was exactly two rupees. Seeing this grace of Sri Gurumauli, tears of joy stood in the eyes of the father of Shastri! Even today, those two rupees are worshiped by his long-lived Bhalchandra Shastri. One in Linebazar, built by his relative Gangubai; The temple is small and very beautiful. Ramamurthy is amazing.
