I had attended Samyoga's pregnancy yoga classes which was the best decision for a healthy pregnancy. Dr. Keerthi explains everything so nicely and patiently. I am very much satisfied with the classes. I thank Samyoga for this wonderful experience of nourishing and enjoying the pregnancy and postpartum phase. I have been attending Samyoga online yoga classes for 2 years now. I have never been regular at any form of yoga or exercise before this, so all credit goes to the excellent teaching by the instructors. There are different batches for different levels of difficulty and different time slots too making it convenient for the students.

Morning patuyoga session really nice .Dr Asthwath sir, Dr Kirti mam and all Samyoga team conduct online classes are really good for physical and also mental relaxation. Friday special class is really good.
