Our recent stay and safari experience at the resort was nothing short of awesome. The tent accommodations provided comfort beyond our expectations, making the stay uniquely enjoyable. A standout aspect was the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

A special note of gratitude is extended to Prasanna sir, whose efforts in ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated.

The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the safari. The exhilarating experience of sighting a tiger in its natural habitat is something indelibly etched in our memories. It was a moment of awe and wonder that will stay with us forever.

I never get tired of visiting JLR K Gudi! It’s located inside the national park, so is extremely peaceful, and you can frequently spot deer and wild boar inside the premises. The forest itself is beautiful, and is a great place for birding, leopards, and maybe even a tiger if you’re fortunate. Definitely worth a visit!

The forest is covered with a variety of flora and fauna which includes many different plant life, including scrubs, dry and moist deciduous and a mix of grasslands. Making this place perfect for wildlife to thrive. The forest is unique and picturesque.

Amazing place to stay. This is the second stay in India after Dhikala (Corbett) which is inside the forest. The stay is really good, hospitality and food is top class. The management is very good, all credit goes to Mr Prasanna. You will have a great safari experience as well. The drivers and naturalists have very good knowledge about flora and fauna of BRT tiger reserve.

We stayed there last week during the shoulder season of monsoons. Rooms are cozy, hygenic and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Food is part of the package and the staff does a wonderful job of providing hospitality. May seem a bit pricey, but for a weekend getaway, it's a good stay.

This place is pure bliss. Nestled in the jungle, nothing is more peaceful to rest on a hammock or sitting idly while watching wild boars and deer go about their business. The food is fantastic and the safaris are great. A must visit for nature & wildlife lovers, just a 4 hour drive from Bangalore.

I opted this place to celebrate my daughter birthday in a wild way, and it turned out to be exactly how I was expecting. The kind gestures of all staffs, maintenance of the rooms, ambience of the whole property is just awe..during night, after 9:30 they will turn off all the light pollution so that we can see the sky lighted with stars and we will be surrounded by hundreds of fireflies.. witnessing these things was the best part of my stay.. and the way the authority and the staffs helped in decorating and celebrating my daughter's birthday was a beautiful memory to cherish of. Best place to relax and watch wildlife. Safari is the best. The tented cottages are an experience. The buffet food, the safari drivers, the staff, the location. Everything gets a 5*

What a lovely place! What beautiful staff they have! Superb in service! They ensured my 87 year old mom in law was safe, enjoying her safari and rested well in spite of not so senior citizen friendly. Although they have not room service as a rule, they provided food for my mother in law in the room, took good care of her even if we had gone to multiple safari trips! Food was very soulful and with great taste. Love and affection was the name of the staff (talking with every customer with the same enthusiasm)whether they are kids or elders! Such a great place to be in! Special mention to Rajesh who showed how a forest needs to be respected, loved and how to find animals, birds flora founa, insects! high on knowledge and high on service! HATS OFF TO SUCH HEROES!

Have been here twice, 15 years apart and have had a wonderful stay both times. Glad to see it is not over commercialized since it is located within a sensitive jungle zone. The staff here are very warm and accommodating and always greet you with a smile :)

I find some of the negative reviews here about finding wild boars near the rooms or calling the place a scam cuz they could not spot wild animals absolutely hilarious. Wildlife does not play to our whims & fancies, so if you’re someone who lacks basic common sense you’re better off not visiting this place.

They have a set itinerary with 2 safaris (2-3 hours long each) so you have a decent chance of spotting wild animals although probability is lower than other forests like Nagarhole or Bandipur. We were lucky to spot a tiger during our morning safari. Even if you don’t spot animals the drive through the jungle is quite soothing.

Just got back from there. My husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed the place. It's wilderness and ruggedness in true spirits. The greenery, sounds of nature, the tent experience , the safari and last but not the least the excellent food all were too good. We would love to go back again. Overall we had an awesome experience.

Good place for jungle safari but it depends on luck to see any wild animal and also pls ensure to carry cash as there is no or very limit phone network and for safari they don't have online or digital payment, so better to have sufficient cash if visiting K Gudi Wilderness Jungle Safari. Overall good place.

Stay with the pristine nature.Amazing place for nature lovers. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Food was reasonable spread and delicious.

Nice sight, auperb nature, travelling from biligiri ranganathaswamy temple to k gudi road and nature is just like awesome.. Safari is there in k gudi, but we xannot c any wild animals, except deer

Classic JLR experience. Excellent home style food with good variety. Very friendly and caring staff. Clean and comfortable spacious king sized tents.

Location is brilliant.

Not many sightings of animals during the safari but then safari sightings are always luck based.

K gudi wilderness camp is located at the heart of the forest. A well maintained property, with all basic amenities. Rooms are spacious and clean with extra bed, food is delicious
The kind gesture of staff, the ambience of property made our day. Spending night in the "Tent house" was the best experience as we heard the alarm calls of gaur for almost an hour, but it since it was dark, we could not see any predator, but their movement (tiger/ leopard) was there for sure.
Safari- Sighting of Tiger and leopard is very rare, but the forest is beautiful.

It's located near by the safari, so you can visit it in few mins. Location is good but don't expect any views from the room. The service was excellent. Food could have been better.

Stayed in Tent house on 27 Dec 2023. Very nice experience staying in forest resort. Must visit place for 1 day experience in Jungle resort. Awesome staffs, hospitality, ambience, food, room and everything.

For a relaxing stay amidst nature and wildlife do visit once. Advance booking is mandatory with different room options which includes safari.
