I must say that this place serves the best South Indian food in and around BR Hills. Mr. Kiran and Mr. Vikram were exceptionally humble and served us delicious meals with great care. They also sell home made Sambar powder, rasam powder, puliyogare gojju, and chutney powder, which you can buy at a reasonable rate and prepare at home. I recommend calling them in advance to check on food availability, ensuring they can prepare and serve you even better.

Pure vegetarian brahmin traditional food is served with love. Vikram and Kiran are so humble and love to serve the most healthiest food. Everything is grown in their farm backyard. No chemicals, they use unpolished naturally grown rice. No soda. It is very near to BR Hills temple, just next to BRT forest checkpost. So peaceful mess under the canopy of their farm. Open for public on Saturday and Sunday. Other days per-order will be considered. One who visits BRT or K Gudi or BR Hills temple must have lunch here, divinely feeling.

This is the only hygienic and high-quality vegetarian food /meal available in the vicinity of BR Hills. They serve with love and prepare with passion. This is also the most authentic Mysore style lunch with gojju, saaru, huli and majjige. A typical Brahmin-styled food served on banana leaf. The story of the brothers who run this place is also inspiring. A true annadatha in a place close to reserve forest. If you are going on week days remember to call before the numbers shown in the picture.

This place is located amidst banana plantation on the way to B.R.Hills.

They serve simple brahmin style veg meals on banana leaf and the warm herbal water served along with meals is another highlight. The taste of herbal water is well balanced.

The place is hygienic and well maintained. It was highly satisfying having lunch in such a amazing location.

It would be good giving them an heads up in advance during weekends or large groups as the food is prepared in limited quantity.

They serve delicious food at reasonable price which we can't find anywhere else near BR hills. They take care of people well and I felt very happy.

This at the foothills of B R Hills, just when you check out and come down , started to feel a bit hungry, you would find this small yet cosy setup. They serve good quality simple food on plantain leaf. Serene locality , well maintained hygienic place. Courteous people serving food. Satisfying experience. Parking is easy, not much crowd, child friendly, only veg.

Perhaps the only decent place to eat around this locality. There are very limited tables and seats. So be prepared to wait. The locality and ambience is all good. Food is excellent and best part felt very healthy. Not much masalas or spicy food. Very comfortable on stomach. Parking is on the road side. Few months or years down the line there will be traffic jam around this place. Check the photo attached for timings and working hours.

Good food good ambiance good and neat food served tipical South Indian banana spread leaf meal available, budget friendly and the hot water they serve is the next level. All spices powder available and hot water power is also available for sale.must try a good food in this locality.

I found this place on the way to Krishna Katte Earth Dam, just beside BR Hills. And this place is just superb. The owner is a cool guy, knowing I'm from Bangalore he shared his fascinating story as well. I had padu and rice, it's hot hot, served fresh, and tastes ultimate. This is the best chutney I've had in ages, there's no water at all! So good. Even the place is so quiet and peaceful, with birds and all flying around. Overall must visit if you are going to BR Hills (and check the aforementioned dam as well, it's beautiful).

You all are very service minded, not doing it with profit motive but to feed those who come to take darshan at BR hills

Awesome authentic South Indian Lunch I would rate it 11 out of 10. Great hospitality by the family. The duo brothers Vikram and Kiran are very enterprising.

Simple yet yummy neat lunch, clean place, green surrounds, fills the tummy, herbal drink quenches thirst

It is a cozy place. Ambience is beautiful, calm. It is in middle of banana plantation. No wonder, nature can heal you like no other.

Excellent food, best quality homemade food without onion or garlic. Perfect for vegetarians. Must visit at least once when you are in the vicinity. Open only on Saturdays and Sundays. Great hospitality. The owners speak Kannada and good English. You can also buy homemade, pure and organic turmeric, A2 gir cow bilona ghee, jaggery, coconut oil and many other things, pure and organic here all days of the week. Can also get couriered to your place.

Being a chef I usually don’t give 5 star to all the food I eat.. but this one needs a thumbs up, amidst nature next to Forest, beautiful hot home made vegetarian meals.. don’t miss their Rasam with pure Nandini ghee..

A great place out of nowhere. Amazing food and hospitality. I will be a frequent visitor to this place if it was not for the distance to travel to BR Hills.
